Aj pours water on himself to wake himself up. He decided to go to the training room as well. He started to hang on a bar hanging on the roof, doing chest ups upside down.

How about you?" *hold her side* I'm okay. *Thinks* Yeah, going to try and get a rematch for the women's champion title, since my last match got rudely interupted. *She says that and her hand turned into a fist* Because of that I lost the match and now I am still a loser and havent proven myself to everyone and to myself too. *her hand defistes and looks at Aj* What about you?

He enters the building with his bag in hand and walks to his locker room.* *Dark Angel goes into his locker room and places his bag on the couch and takes out his notebook and pen and places them on the coffee table. He moves his bag to the ground and takes out one last thing, a tape of Kat and Marie's match. He puts it into the VCR and watches and studys it writing ideas down in his notebook.*
