I'd hope that Leisel would understand, since she knows that this happens. He does try not to do it anymore, but sometimes, it just comes out. I mean, when you look at his dad, and the phsycological aspect of it, I think it makes sense. Adelbert is very sorry everytime something like this happens. He's very upset as well.

She is more understanding when he unleashes it upon a family member or boy, but doing that to Anne was pretty darn mean. And she was also really tense due to where they were. Paris, the French capital that Germany captured during WWII. And then him flying off the handle there of all places at Anne of all people-well, you might be peeved too. I mean you can't have people being rude to someone who semi-runs the place.

Well, I thought that perhaps they were civilians of their country who were just chosen to represent their country? Or they just popped out of no where... like their parents did... xD (I severely hope there wasn't just lots of m-preg)
