Plus I don't think any other guild out there allows you to badmouth the captain and say mean things to him if you want to.

All the other guilds I've been to all of the mods and captain were like evil dictatorship mods where I feel like if I do something wrong I will immediately get banned or warned or something. Which is why I don't like other guilds, let alone posting in them.
Here I'm the only one who actually does stuff, the mod position is just for people whom I trust, it's more of an honor position rather than "OMFG I MOD, TIME TO BAN PPL N DELETE POSTS" thing since they have to ask me for permission before they can delete other member's posts or threads or ban someone. I'm all about history preservation for this guild, history is important. If there is a thread you don't want to see, instead of deleting it move it to the recycle bin forum.
