Ulquiorra shook her head. Seph on the other hand nodded but remained silent sounds similar to Hikari's experiments with souls she thought.
Since Seph didn't say anything Alpha shrugged and continued "Even if he did succeed it would never be 100% effective in eliminating free will. Do you know why that is Kurgan," he paused again remembering something he had ben told in the past, "He is ignoring the body and the soul. The soul is just as important, if not more so than the mind itself. However in order to fully manipulate a being you have to attack all 3 components"

Kurgan laughed "Y'see thats the thing! Narasaela already posesses poisons that can control the body and mind! He needed an elixir of incredible strength and purity to convert the ultimate poison....this is designed to make the reciever a puppet for him unable to resist him....it is designed to affect the soul." Kurgan shifted himself into a more comfortable position "You see corruption of souls is different than other corruption. Corruption of body and mind generally means infection and decay it can be a result of old age or various poisons. The thing about this formula is that is actually infects the soul with darkness giving the reciever stronger power over darkness and....the plan is that they'll like this power and convert to Narasaela's forces in exchange for a frequent dose"
Itaka grinned "So it's affects ain't permanent?"
Kurgan shook his head "In a way....the soul will not heal instantly, if the drug wears out only the power over darkness will weaken, by accepting increased doses the soul will gradually wither away into complete darkness."

Alpha opened his mouth to say something but Seph beat him to it "Thats a pretty big assumption to say that a person would like stronger power over darkness"
Ulquiorra shook her head "I don't think that would work so easily. It would take a lot of convincing to get some people to accept."
Alpha sighed "Or you could simply kill the receiver or..." he trailed off and shrugged his shoulders "I'm not gonna keep on correcting your mistakes"

Satoshi moved the hand away from Kurgans throat causing it to disappear but kept a hold of him.
Felina remained in shock from what she had just been told.
"What exactly do you mean when you say it may kill the receiver?" Hayate muttered to Alpha slightly concerned.

Kurgan frowned and tried to slap his forehead before noticing he was still bound "Oh thats right....I'm tired of correcting you as well this elixir was already in development and the.....flaws you described are exactly what your medicine is helping to beat besides..." Kurgan looked away "If the subject does reject the formula then the subject will still die....and someone with a soul that pure would no doubt be one of Narasaela's enemies and an incredibly strong one at that....it'd be a win-win situation for him"

Satoshi took a couple of steps forward, reducing the amount of chakra required. She decided not to tell the others that she had lost nearly half of her chakra.
"I'm sure he could, its like he said its a win-win situation" Hayate replied before giving Kurgan chance to answer.
Felina frowned "If I do get used as a sbuject, then I'll just have to prove both of you wrong" she stated but didn't sound too confident.

Kurgan snarled at them "What makes you think I'd turn Felina in to them! I'd never dream of such a thing! Felina is only there as a bargaining chip with the Elven King. I'm sure dear uncle would do anything to save his precious daughter" he yelled leaning forward a bit in anger.
Oassu backed away slightly and glanced at Satoshi sensing her chakra We're almost out of time...

Seph paused then decided to take advantage of his anger "But I'm sure you know somebody else that would and there is probably only so much you can get your dear uncle to do. Now what would you be wanting him to do out of interest?" She asked.

Satoshi noticed Kurgan's movements. Her shadow extented forming a hands again only this time they didn't move higher up than the legs. This was to restrict any further movements the receiver attempted to make "5 more minutes until I shall let go." Satoshi told the group.
Hayate glanced over at Felina then shifted his eyes back to Kurgan "Don't be so sure. Her father isn't exactly a pushover."

Kurgan ignored Seph he raised his hand a bright light flashing around it "I've had enough of your questions it's time to end this!"
What are you doing?!
"I'll make sure Felina comes to no harm if she's in our care but if you continue I cannot guarantee the same of my comrades!" he launched the ball of light behind him down the passageway where it flashed brightly at the end.
Oassu raised an eyebrow "Another gate?"

Suddenly the golden aura surrounding Kurgan faded "There....the next time we fight I hope it'll be fair no magic no nothing." With the last of his partners energy he charged his arms with light again. "Your jutsu is too weak to stop this!" he noted at his restricted legs. He suddenly spun his arms out throwing balls of light in every direction blasting chunks out of the tower he kept blasting until the entire tower was filled with sunlight and the shadows receded.
Free now, but exhausted Kurgan grinned "Felina....you picked a good crew but I don't want no boring delay jutsu next time" he waggled a finger and closed his eyes for a moment....
and another.
"Is he gonna do something?" Oassu asked
Kurgan opened one eye and looked about "Oh....no more warp...right well guess I gotta get used to it...no more armour either....that was expensive stuff too...ah well without it I can do THIS!" He turned and sprinted at incredible speeds away from the group.
Itaka sighed "Great another freakshow I gotta deal with"

Satoshi folded her arms making no effort to go after him "Even Kurgan has his limits."
"He can't really comment about fighting fairly either" Hayate added
Felina watched her cousin sprint off "Looks like he isnt a lost cause yet...Could you tell us more about that justu you just used Satoshi?" The elf asked quickly changing the subject. Satoshi unfolded her arms and sat down with her back facing the wall, she shrugged "Not much to say really, its a short to mid range attack used for delay and capture" The ninja replied

Seph rolled her eyes at Oassu "You sound like a child" She remarked.
Alpha nodded in agreement and also whacked Oassu over the head "All the more reason to do that"
