Welcome... *is spoken in a soft, shy-like voice*

sybrid>> biggrin I have to agree with Lang...that mental image of you fish-slapping a customer is priceless beyond logical reason. mrgreen After much sleep...my..."coconut" frenzy has subsided. So you can come out of hiding at your own risk and Lang can put down that multi-purpose sticker...stick...ahem

Kyandai & Yuri>> Ooo...pictures! Good for breakfast. *munch*

Usagi>> Hey, what do you know! Fresh blood...I mean...how you doing? biggrin

And now...for no apparent reason...a little philosophy to start your day with:

Do nondoing,
strive for nonstriving,
savor the flavorless,
regard the small as important,
make much of little,
repay enmity with virtue;
plan for difficulty when it is still easy,
do the great while it is still small.
The most difficult things in the world
must be done while they are easy;
the greatest things in the world
must be done while they are small.
Because of this sages never do great things;
that is why they can fulfill their greatness.
If you agree to easily, you'll be little trusted;
if you take it easy a lot, you'll have a lot of problems.
Therefore it is through difficulty
that sages end up without problems.

Kuddos to who can tell me where this comes from. mrgreen

To my knowledge...no. biggrin (the person who wrote it could have been an artist "on the side" but they are generally credited as...something else biggrin )

HINT: It is from a collection of similar writings.

Last night was very...interesting. What with coconut chases, n3kk1d beach parties and picture postings. (so good)

Yeah, it is a pretty interesting way of looking at things. The orientals *coughHINTcough* have always seemed to have interesting views on the way the world works.

Buddha!

BUDDHA!

Ok, I have no idea who said what you posted, but it occurs to me that "Buddha" is incredibly fun to shout at people, much like "Bamf!" and "Hulk SMASH !"

So... BUDDHA!

It's the seven hour closing shifts... just long enough and hard enough work that I'm too tired to bother being sane, but not so long or hard that I'm too tired to post... Because I don't need mah sanity to be postifyin'.

And you don't want to collect baby skulls, they're soft. You need adult human skulls if you're going to build a proper throne of judgement to sit upon.

You know, if a customer asks me for some salmon when I'm closing tonight, I think I should go ahead and slap them with that fish, and to make sure they're confused and frightened, I think I'll shout "BUDDHA!" while I'm at it. Y'know, because otherwise being slapped with a whole salmon might make sense.

Oh, but I have a throne. It's comprised of souls.
So baby skulls are just collected for their 'cute' appearance. It's all aesthetical.

You know what? I think I would honestly pay to see someone get Buddha-Fish Slapped.

I think this is the first time since I found out we cut up whole fish sometimes that I've been hoping that we have whole salmon. I'm off to work now, so wish me luck. xd
