Kisame Hoshigaki sama Is there anyone at HQ Rachel could meet up with? I have her pretty well established now, with her new ID and weapon. Now I think its time she interacted with some people if someone isn't on a mission. I think every potentially available person is currently out on a mission. Though, like I said, both are really close to being done.

I think Shenris' character is coming to HQ soonish? He said he would post today, and I'll get back to you on that if he isn't. But Hopefully, yes, he'll be doing that. ^^

Hey guys. I know I hardly ever post in the OOC thread, but I thought I should mention this here as a courtesy.
Sorry about how slowly I've been posting. To be honest, this is my first time being involved in a particularly strenuous group RP like this, and it's much more of a time-sink than I thought it would be. With that said, I'm not sure I'll have the time in the coming weeks to be a part of the event. Classes are starting again soon, and I now have a limited time to find a place to live once my roommates move out.
BUT! I definitely want to keep RPing as much as I can, so I'm not going anywhere! In fact, I should have a post in the HQ thread finished by tomorrow evening. I'm totally looking forward to interacting with some of the other characters! biggrin

Dal is now there. A few things to know about him. He thinks all technology is magic and has come to the conclusion that pretty much everyone in the Baiter world is somehow part magic. This explains why he thinks Rachel is made of metal and doesn't even think about the fact that she has a shield. XD He also doesn't talk much and is very hard to read. Just some things to keep in mind, when reading his post. Edit: Glitch is a small floating purple blob of what appears to be goo. 3nodding Also, if you don't feel like reading that whole post, that's fine, it's mostly just background stuff that I wanted to use to farm lines. He doesn't really interact with Rachel until towards the very end of the post.

Hello, everyone. I do not have an accepted character yet, but am currently working on a profile and had a question for the community. I know the time period is far flung future and a lot of the world has gone dark, but in the remaining cities, what kind of occupations would the average Joe have? Like, I don't want to say 'So-and-so worked as a waitress' if it's more like people just walk up to a Star Trek-esque replicator and ask for a steak dinner. So, I'd appreciate a little flavor of the setting to work with; thanks!
