Iwa is usually dead here. It's just had a recent mass influx of new RPers, and a new event started up. Hope they can keep it up though, cause that's an awesome rep to get.

No, he's just half insane. he does pretty much everything he does, without thinking about it until ten minutes later. He won't even realize busting down that hallway might have been a bad idea until he's out of the building.
@BB: That... Wow. I'd never noticed that. I'd been considering Oto as run by a male cause it's Cobra, but he's using a female RPC...

The really interesting thing is. His RPC is the Otokage. But, nobody knows that. Everyone thinks the Otokage is some super powerful man who hides in a cave in the mountains someplace.
