Day walked slowly through the wilderness, admiring the scenery. He had always enjoyed staring across the fields near his birthplace, and when his family moved into the woods, this enjoyment had grown into a love of nature, especially the trees. He often got odd looks whenever he excused himself from the victory celebrations that followed a successful mission, but he always found it more calming to leave the town and trudge through a few miles of greenery. These walks brought back pleasant memories, and he thoroughly enjoyed them, even if it occassionally brough back the bad ones.
(Sorry, got to leave after my first post here. My sister's being a... well, anyway, don't expect me to respond if you reply to this post.)

The crunch of leaves from a dying tree came from Ultima's feet and echoed up along the tree itself. Ultima hung his head low over the tree in a sign of respect and kneeled then to see where this tree was now.
He saw a little acorn a some 13 yards off that was the youngest of this tree's offspring. He got up and bowed to the corse once more then walked towards its fledgling.
As he saw it he leaned down to kiss it and walked farther down his path, there was a cool air in the night and a slight fog seemed to surround him.

Konstantine wandered through the wilderness. Aptly named, she thought to herself, finding naught but wilderness in every direction. She took a deep breath of the cool night air and smiled. Part of her realized it wasn't the worst place in which to be lost. And part of her wondered why she ever decided to go wandering through the middle of nowhere in the dead of night. Her pace quickened in an effort to get somewhere before night would turn to day. She glanced up at the moon and the stars through the trees every now and then. So busy she was with stargazing that she walked right into someone...

Ultima had been looking down at the ground in deep thought so it was no surprise that he didnt notice till the last second that there was another person coming his way.
When they hit he fell backwards and caught himself before falling down. Then he looked around gathering his wits about him before he noticed what had happened.
"Oh I'm sorry i was not paying attention . . .are you alright?"

"Oh, I'm sorry," Konstantine said at the same time the man said the same thing. "I wasn't paying attention, either." She laughed nervously.
"Umm... do you know where the..." Konstantine said and then realized she didn't exaclty know where she was heading. "Do you know the closest place from here that's... not the wilderness?"

Ultima laughed at her description for what she needed then looked around him to get his exact bearings.
"You will want to go that way" he said as he pointed west to the Womans dorms.
"There you should find the Womans Dorms were you can set up a room for yourself and get settled. I'm Ultima by the way, Welcome to the Black Amber Clan." he placed his arm to end pointing in her desired direction and bowed as a sign of respect for this new member.

"Oh, thank you." Konstantine said and inclined her head in return. "My name is Konstantine. It's very nice to meet you, Ultima. I hope to see you again later." She smiled waved and started walking in the direction of the Women's dorms...

"Tis no problem Miss Konstantine, pleasure to help you, Goodnight aswell" he said as she left and walked further into the woods, the area was his home after all.
When he was home he rested, it was late so finding Reaper would have to wait till tommorow. before he went to bed he thought ~How hard can it be to find a blind person anyway?~

It had seemed like some time since... just about everything. So much had gone on. Her absence seemed yet to be a pebble in a pond, one that thought to be impossible to find. The last thing that was in her mind were, fading words. Her body seemed cold, frail, yet she could feel sunshine. Eye lids glued together, a blind vision. Every time she moved her mouth, nothing came out. It was as if she was floating, her body paralyzed to all senses. What was going on? Mind clouded, it would take some time to clear it again, time seeming to be all she had at the moment...

Jay had been trekking through the wilderness that morning in an attempt to find Kura. It was about time for another training session. He decided to take the path that was less traveled, a path that would take longer for him to get to the arena, but he was feeling good this morning.
That's when it happened. He was stopped right in his tracks as he saw the familiar figure ahead of him. An illusion? Had he...finally gone insane from lonlieness? His hand quivered as he swallowed and drew closer. It couldn't be....it just couldn't be Rayne. She had left him....hadnt' she? Quickly he walked to her, swallowing and then saying "It's...been a while"

The voice sounded familiar... But the words were all one big slur. As a few people came into her mind, so did other thoughts. Slowly, she could feel her body almost... warming back up. Still seeming to be frozen, her lips moved, a soft whisper, "....Jay?...." At that point her eyes were slit open, it fairly obvious to tell that she was holding them back from opening them.

He spoke no more words. He ran to her and wrapped her up in a warm embrace. It had been so long...he had done awful things when she had left, but the most noticible was the fact that he had lost his wings. His eyes shut tightly as he forced back tears. His spirit was overjoyed when he felt her in his arms once more...it was amazing. He bent down and kissed her on the cheek, nodding to the question of his identity.

Why was everything coming back to her now? It now seemed she could move some of her body, her head carefully falling on to his chest, one of her hands clinging to the cape around his body. Eyes closed once more, she showed emotion once more, tears falling, some being ones that had been stored up in her for so long. Heart racing, everything stopped for a mere second. "I'm..... sor... ry" it seemed all to dramatic, but hopefully it would all pass by soon enough, and things could just, snap back to the way they were... in such a different environment for the last time she remembered scenery.

He felt her hands clinging to his cape. So she did stil love him..what a relief. A smile came over his face as his hand reached up to her head and gently pressed it against his chest as he continued the warm embrace, saying "No...I should be the one who is sorry. I should've never.." Jay would sigh and look down at her smiling through the tears and saying "Let's start over again"

Ultima sat above the two in there loving moment, he was a sucker for romance and but intended not to bother them by showing his face. He was sitting in a large Beech tree that hid his body but still let them hear them perfectly while there shadows wrote themselves on the tree next to him.
He had stumbled apon them by accident and quickly hid himself when he saw who it was, its not that he was spying but rather caught and trapped there. If he tried to move then they would find him and think he was spying.
As he listened to there conversation he bowed his head slowly and receded his flower downwards feeling ashamed that he had to witness this without there knowing.
