Raine went through the crowd. When she was out, she swam as fast as she could towards the prison.

Travis lost Raine. He figured she would head to the prison and started swimming to it.

Raine took shortcuts and she soon arrived at the prison. She didn't sneak around or tried to hide. She just swam up to the front gate.

One of the guards saw Raine. "Ma'am, you must leave. Visiting hours are over." He didn't know Raine was wanted, since only the soldiers knew.

Before the prison guard responded, Makoto swam up to Raine. "By person in charge, do you mean me or the prison warden?" she asked. "I'm surprised you came here yourself, Raine."
