Blossom opened her mouth to protest Rhys' words. She paused, not speaking, then closed her mouth again. She was silent, thinking about this, before she spoke again, slowly, trying to word everything right. "You... are probably right, Rhys. You fight, or they could very well die, and us. But still... if there's a way for us to avoid the bloodshed, I want to take that route. So many people have already been hurt by this conflict."
Blossom hugged Aidan a little tighter, as if to reinforce her statement. "Whatever we do, if it saves the crew... I'll support it. I'm not saying I want to fight, but... if I have to... I'll do it. I've done it before. I can do it now."

"Yes, I agree with what Blossom said. There's been far too much bloodshed as it is, if we can avoid it, I'd like that. But..." Sue gripped her bow tightly. "I got my father's inheritance... the Bow of Winds and in Orion's Bolt. He's put his faith in me to rescue him... so if I must, I'll use these powers of mine."

Aidan glared at Abel and Rhys. "Madriana and her morphs are separate! No souls, Abel? And how can you tell that? Did you ever see Synra and Vika, or Vaher and Stefan...? They aren't human, and I don't even know if they've got souls either, but...they have emotions. And I think that entitles them to life..."
He paused, allowing Blossom to hug him. "But..."
It was a difficult choice, but the crew were valuable to him, too. He added, more subdued than before, "But if it absolutely can't be avoided...we will fight."
((...just realized I used the wrong account OTL))

Even if this could be ended without fighting, there's no garuntee that the morphs that you people like (somehow...) would have a way of living and releasing the lock. Turning his back to the rest of the group, If that's the case, then I say we go with the easier option that Rhys and I already brought up: Assassinate any morphs and guards that we can, once there's an opening.
((What do OTL and OTP stand for? >.<; ))

"How's this, then... what if we make a diversion? We make like we're storming the castle, but we send people with sticky fingers--people like Matthew--into the dungeons to take out the morph guards. Once the crew are free, we retreat. Would that work?"

Sue shut her eyes, taking Aidan's words in. "Yes... some of them have souls, feelings, emotions... but... not all of them. Most of them are the villains who forced us from FEF Castle, and took our crew as hostages. One of my own company members, Lilina is still in there, along with my father and also... a crewmember I've become friends with Heath. I want to free them more than anything."

"Emotions are not souls, Aidan.... .....humans cannot create a soul... Madriana is no exception... When they die... they go to the earth... they have nothing else...they are fabricated creatures..." Abel turned t Rhys. "Um... the morphs HAVE to die, for the keys to activate... there's a magical charm on the cells, as we've discovered..."

Blossom thought about this. Their diversion in the main area would certainly draw the attention of most of the morphs. Then, if the people who infiltrated got the crew out safely...
"We have to make sure the people who go in aren't just thieves. Those that can fight well have to go, too," Blossom said. "If they could all stab them while they weren't looking, then that would work, but in the case of a full-on battle down in the dungeons..."
[[Matthew, OTP is one true pairing. OTL is... well, look at the shape it makes. It looks like a person on their knees like "MAN I'M AN IDIOT"]]

That, Rhys... he had an almost dark smile on his face when he turned back to the group. Is exactly what I had in mind.
((Ohhhh! Thanks Blossom. :3 ))

"They wouldn't anticipate this sort of plan?" asked Sue. "I'm sure they're doing their share of plotting against us, you know."

"You all seem to be missing the point that these keys re the only way to get passed the magical charm on the lock.. and that the keys only activate when the morph guarding that particular crew.. is dead.... there's really no way around fighting..."

"Well, then we fight. It's that simple. Now, if Madriana reprograms any of the morphs, they'll fight us, so we should be prepared to fight any and all of them." Rei shook his head. This was bound to be complicated....

Sorry, kid. he said to Blossom. But, in my experience, sending in a larger group like that isn't even half as effective as sending in one or two trained thieves. More than two or three people would create too much footfall, whereas a thief or two could go in almost completely unnoticed and the battle scenario would be avoided altogether.

Melethia came back out of her room and into the room where the others were. She was not exactly satified. "You know I can hear you guys." She said. Her voice was a bit cold but she wasn't controlled by her darkness.
