a hand flew to Pixie's mouth and she jerked back, as if someone had struck her. one of the gifts.. or curses to being half Sprite, was sensitive hearing. feeling her eyes burn she blinked, pushing her hair over her shoulder nervously. "Oh Darius.. what have you done...." pushing away from the desk she headed for the window, saying quietly over her shoulder to Sam. " the necklace will get you out, but Lanius is here." she had to find out for herself.. could Darius really do such horrible things..?

Sam heard her, and looked back. "Well then I should part, thanks for your help." Quietly he moved into the next room and left the building, in search of Edward.

Alice wasn't positive she should be at the RCS building, but had already made up her mind. Besides, she was curious. The last time Alice had been to the RCS building, was when Edward was still the leader.
She crept along the side of the building, keeping to the shadows. With her violin strapped to her back, it kept her hands free.

Once inside The Red Cross safely, Alice walked through the halls timidly. "It's so...different." She whispered. "Either that or it's the atmosphere." The building was relatively quiet. Only the sound of her breathing and the clacking of her heels reassured her she was alone.

Lanius was sitting, leaning against the wall down the hall from here. Without looking up, he said, "Looking for something?" Lanius had set the order for his followers to stay low, and currently only Ori and a few others were active in planning besides himself. Althoug it made the process slow, it protected their information better than anything else.

Alice froze when she heard Lanius's voice. Her eyes wandered over towards the wall where Lanius was. "Yes, actually. I was looking for you." She said. Swinging her violin case over her shoulder, Alice took a cautious step foreward. "There's something I'd like to talk to you about."

He turned his head to face her, and said, "Then go on ahead." It was odd seeing him sit down like that, usually he was so composed. Now, he was just taking his time, and planning future moves in this seemingly never-ending game of chess. He was relaxed, yet his eyes and expression remained as deep and full of confidence, however dark and hallow, black as night.
