Cold. That was Telluria's first sentient thought. She could feel, and think (barely). She had no concept of who, or even what she was, she had no father, mother, or siblings, for she could not grasp the idea of anything other than her existence, whiteness, and the cold, ohh the cold.

Seika gazed up at the caring eyes of Sheba. She was in too much pain to be the sadist that she was. "I . . . don't . . . know . . ." She stammered in an uneasy voice. She pulled her leg from underneath the boulder and yelped as it landed with a clatter onto the cliff.
She sighed and sat down, not really liking the idea of walking. "Sheba . . ." She began, her sadist nature dead in this time. "What's going to happen now?" She asked, feeling like a kit again.
- In Suspended Animation -
Konton, unconscious, was thinking again about the many different aspects affecting her life, trying to be a little optimistic in what she thought were the last minutes of her life. Her enormous family stunned her. Large family . . . She never knew she'd be a part of this big picture and chuckled at the thought.
She thought of her mate, Pete. The best fox in the world. She thought of all their happy moments, making her sad at the thought of leaving him without saying goodbye . . . Someone would tell him, right?
What of the tribe? Would they be fine? Aargh! There's go my optimist goal! She thought, aggravated.
But would they? Would the tribe be over? Would it all be her fault?
No . . . She couldn't let that happen . . . But she couldn't find the strength to open her eyes in the water, to regain consciousness. The icy water hurt her . . .
Wait . . . This feeling . . . It was too solid to be water . . . There was also a dry iciness lingering around her . . . Then it hit her . . .
She wasn't underwater . . .
Konton sputtered, water spilling from her mouth. Her eyes were still unfocused. "Koana . . . Thank you . . ." She rasped, before going unconscious again. She was too weak, too thin, too frail to keep herself alive, no matter what she did . . .
Akuma pressed onward. Her eyes had a sort of determined tone to their ghastly color. In a few moments, she could see an orange gleam down in the snow. What on Earth? What could it be?
As she approached it, she noticed what it was with a gasp and her pace quickened. An abandoned BCR . . . Here? In this weather? Who could be so cruel? Who'd do it? How could someone go through here and drop this off without being detected? She growled. At least she should shelter it . . . It was the least she could do in this time . . . She fit it around her right forepaw and looked at it for several moments. She'd take it to Sheba the next time she saw her . . .
She smiled a little and continued trotting on her way. In the distance, she saw a black figure of a male. She cocked her head to one side as she continued on, the BCR jingling around her ankle. "Hello?" She called out. That was a black male, no doubt. She approached closer till they were about a yard apart and waited for his reply.

((Steals vampy's sniper* What chu say?)) 'In all seriousness though, you really do need a mate.' 'SHUT UP WIT!" Sahdow-San yelled to himself, wishing he could leave tame in charge to kick some wit arse. Then, it struck him. He could leave Tame in charge, after all Wit was a wimp. But then, a voice broke into his thoughts, a female voice. He turned his head to see a Black Vixen trodding towards him, calling out for him. "Hello?" "What is your need?" Damnit, Tame took over in his moment of spaced-outness. Oh well, at least now he could kick Wit's Arse. -Inside the messed up mind of Shadow-San 'Tame? C'mon buddy, help me out!' 'Sorry punk, but Tame's dealing with the vixen as we speak.' 'Oh kami, what did I do to deserve this?' "Everything...' -The real world- "Let me repeat myself, what is your need miss?

Sangre huddled under a tree, her black tail wrapped around her muzzle. Her yellow eyes were warry, looking everywhere for some sign of food or the rest of the tribe. She was scared, for herself and her unborn kits.
What a time to have kits. Frenka on the loose with his demonic father in his head, what seemed to be an very early winter coming in and now she was lost. The mother to be shook with fear that her lack of food would put her kits in danger.
I can't let that happen... They have to survive... if only for Konane's sake, she thought, getting up. The black and red female shook off the snow and pressed on, howling occasionally to see if Konton or the rest of the tribe was close.

Akuma tilted her head to one side and continued approaching the male. "You are part of this tribe, correct? I've never seen you before though . . ." He smelt like it . . . She was also beginning to feel a bit heavier as well, though she didn't know why . . .
She heard something howl after the two other earsplitting screams. Who . . . ?? She thought and howled in response, followed by her calling out, "Who's there?!"

Sheba withdrew from Seika, murmuring a lullaby to the female. "Koana's coming, he'll be here in a second." now how motherly did she sound? Pretty motherly to a full grown female, though Sheba had a right. She took care of Seika like her own kit. Sheba turned around, two howls following in the distants.
Koana didn't respond to Konton, he grabbed more herbs and quickly climbed the cliff, meeting Sheba as he padded up towards the red fox that lay on the floor. "Seika," Koana started, sighing, "I knew one day you would do this... Just not now..." he murmured, heartbroken. Koana bent down to the female and put herbs in front of her, advising her to eat them quickly to stop the blood from gushing out.
Sheba departed from Koana, looking back at Seika and whimpering. The female padded further from the area, climbing off the cliffs and following her nose. Before she knew it, a dark black shape fell visible, then another. One smelled like Shadow-san, the other Akuma.
Sheba sniffed the air again, something strange seemed to fill Akuma. Yes, a BCR was in her mouth, yet her stomach was more larger then usual.
the female gasped, her eyes widening. "Akuma! Your Pregnant!"

Sangre stopped. There was a howl. She flicked her ears around, picking up a cry. Her eyes widened. It was Akuma's. Sangre sprinted off in the direction of the fox.
She stopped just before she reached her and called, "One very hungry, very lost fox who just happens to be pregnant." The fox stepped around a tree and set her yellow eyes on Akuma.
"Hello Akuma..." she was tentive, still fearing for her kits.

Akuma quickly flipped her head to see Sheba's gaze, the large and startled eyes of her mother scared her. "Wha- What are you talking about, mom?!" She quickly turned her head down to her stomach and trembled.
It was true . . . She was pregnant . . .
All of a sudden, she felt weary. Dizzy, nauseous, tired . . . She wasn't going to faint though. But she hadn't been eating, depriving herself of her meals . . . Her legs wobbled, but wouldn't let her collapse.
"Oh god . . ." She wanted to start crying. She needed to tell Kinovu soon.
Her eyes averted to Sangre who emerged from the rest of the dead forest. They were in a deciduous region of the vast forest, and the trees were slate gray almost and dead . . . "You're not the only one Sangre . . ."

((Please don't tell me this is also part of you and Sasu's sick plot XD)) "Hm?" Tame'e ears perked up, quickly breaching the distance between he and Akuma. "What was that?" He asked patientally, worried as to what may have happened. He sniffed the air for the scent of anyother foxes, but smelled something...kitish. Gah, this darn cold was probably just messing with his senses. Or, Shadow-San's senses anyway. Even though he was a part of Shadow-san, more or less. "Ah, what you say is true though. I'm part of the tribe, at least, I believe I've been accepted. As for that BCR in your mout though-Erk." Oh no, Shadow-San had obviously won the fight with Wit, and now he wanted control. -Shadow-San's Mind- 'Alrighty buddy, give me my body back, and you won't have to be beat to a bloody pulp like Wit was.' 'But this female, she smells pregnant' 'So? You act like I'd hurt a femle, God, I'm not that much of a Bastard.' 'Fine, just don't do anything to her, or Wit and I will make your life Hell.' 'Sorry pal, but my life is Hell already.' -Reality- "Ah, sorry 'bout that, now what were ya sayin'?" Shadow-San asked rather rudely, spitting to the side. Stupid Tame.((Akuma+Preggers=Apocolypse, and I think SS might feel the full brunt of it XP Triple Personas FTW!!))

Akuma's scent filled Sangre's nose and her eyes widen. Akuma was pregnant too. She walked over to the other fox, her eyes full of sympathy.
"What a time to get pregnant, isn't it?" she smiled at her. Inside her head, her mind worked furiously. She was worried, now not only for the lives of her own kits, but for Akuma's as well. She couldn't remember if she had told Konane yet, nor could she remember the last time she ate real food, not left over frozen carcasses. She trembled.
"What are we going to do now?" she asked the area as a whole.

Akuma tilted her head at the male. "Well, we need to find all the tribe members. Here's Sangre, my mother, Sheba, and the new BCR. And I'm Akuma by the way. You are?" She asked, not keeping her mind on track as most of it was on the fact that she was pregnant.
Her eyes turned to Sangre. "I think it would be best to find the rest of the tribe then move South to the slightly warmer regions. Then from there, we dig up the animals going into hibernation . . ." She suggested.

Sangre nodded. "Yes. Who are we missing? Konton, Seika, Koana.... anyone else?" she asked Akuma.
To Shadow-san, she just nodded. There would be time later to fully introduce herself. Right now, they need the tribe back together.
