In the dream realm, Chris stood on a white cloud and saw spirits of the long since dead kombatants. Chris looked around when he saw Goro standing right next to him. Chris's fear of the four armed giant finally went away and he said, " Goro, Why did you kill my family three years ago?" The dream Goro looked at Chris and said with sadness in his voice, " I didnt mean to do it. I was being controlled by my brother Kintaro and i couldnt stop him. He made me kille your family, I had absoloutly nothing to do with it." Chris suddenly believed that Goro meant it. Chris looked at Goro and said, " Why did Kintaro make you kill my family those three years ago? Was it for bloodlust, Revenge or something else?" Goro stood there looking hurt by Chris's word's. He then replied, " He did it because he wanted to kill you. He said that when you got older that you would become the next Kombat champion and that you had to be killed. He then put me under mind control and made me kill your family and to try to kill you. Right after Kintaro made me kill your brothers sisters and parents, I got rid of the mind control and ran out of your home. I am really a good guy, I never meant to hurt you or your family." Chris's body in reality wasnt shaking violently or sweating. His body was calm and peacefull because he learned now that the real person behind the murder of his family was Kintaro. In the dream realm, Chris looked at Goro and said with compassion, " Would you be able to help me and my comrades in our journey to stop Shao Kahn and your brother?" Goro was about to say something when the dream realm vanished and he woke up with a jolt from the blackout finding himself back in the bed in his parents room with everyone in it.

Chris looked at Jennifer and said in a calm voice, " Goro didnt mean to kill my parents. He was under mind control by his brother Kintaro. Goro is actually a good guy, It is weird because he always seemed evil to me." Guile looked at Chris, His hair still shot up because of Kakorata being in the room and said, " Master, Are you sure that Goro is good?" Chris looked at Guile and said in reply, " Yeah, He told me when i was in the dream realm just now. He also said something about me becoming the next Kombat champion or something like that as well." Guile turned and looked at Kakorata and said in an even harsher tone than before, " Get out of here Kakorata, Just leave this house and hide somewhere until night fall."

Chris looked at Jennifer and said in a calm soothing voice, " jen, When i saw your dad last time i blacked out. He said something about a wooden grail in the dreamrealms mountain's. He said that if i could find it and drink the stuff inside it that i would stop blacking out. But then your dad went to find it and next time i blackout im gonna find him and help him." Chris took Jennifers hand's and kissed her gently.

Chris pulled Jennifer close and hugged her. Chris then said, " I wont do it then, I am never going to let you lose me. Not now, Not ever." Guile's hair went down and began to relax. There was a brief silence in the room as Chris held Jennifer caringly.

Chris looked at Jennifer and said in a happy tone, " i will tell your dad that. I will fight back, You can count on it. Nothing will seperate us, Not even getting captured would." Chris held Jennifer in his arm's and softly rubbed her back.

Chris suddenly had a thought, ' If Kintaro killed my parents then that means that he is really the one working for Shao Kahn!' Chris wiped away jennifers tear's and said in a soothingly calm voice, " i would do the same for you. I have one thing that i want you to promise me. If i tell you to run, You should run. Cause i can be captured alive but not dead. I always find my way out of situations and back to those i love." Chris held Jennifer closer to him this time and hugged her compassionalty.

"Well, now that the slumber parties over I think I heard someone say they were gonna rearrange my skeleton? How are you gonna follow through with that? I mean, you don't honestly think you can kill me do you?" Kakorata laughed at the thought of her trying to get close to him.

Kakorata continued to laugh. "Yea, sure, whatever." He pulled out his sword and held it to the dogs throat. "Now, listen hear pipsqueak, I think I'm the one who should be telling you what to do, unless you wanna do something about it."
