the hunters heard someone go "ewwww!" in a tree. just to make sure, they fired a shot in the tree that the noise came from, grazing past Aubry's cheek. Aubry was so mad at that point, that she took out her own gun, and fired, killing one of the hunters.
"there! take that!" she whispered

just as soon as they were about to jump down, the hunter that Aubry had killed got up. Aubry stopped Katia just in time. the hunters were now grinning.
"so, you thought that you could get rid of us hat easily? hahaha!" one of the hunters laughed.

Katiaq dropped down on top of one of the hunters. she quickly twisted his head around and his neck broke with a loud sickening crack.

Aubry's hunter did a backflip, kicking Aubry in the back. without wasting a moment, aubry cracked her whip around the hunter's neck, choking him to death.
