Diandriel couldn’t help a smile at the guilty look on Aluure’s face. it was always nice to meet another interested in the earth, and healers were especially in demand. With the war constantly raging on so many fronts healers were in short supply. Not only the wars against Dark either, but the turmoil and inner struggles of the conflicting towns in the Elemental lands. There was a reason Sapphire Landing was so far to north west, the opposite end of the country from Ruby Peaks. It seemed people from those two towns would bever get along. Diamond town seemed the only town that would easily trade with any of teh other. Pity it was so plagued by Dark’s forces. She shakes her head to clear it looking back down to Aluure. “Here, hold this” she hands the child the bowl. “Naar works the fastest when inhaled. But since it is a powder, inshaling the powder straight would only serve to irritate the patient. Thus, the most effective way to admister it is to mix it with hot water and urge the patient to inhale teh fumes.” As she talks she carefully pours the steaming water into the bowl, making sure not to splach any onto Aluure. After the bowl is full almost to the rim Diandriel sprinkles in most of the ground naar. “Now, as the naar steeps swirl it around in the bowl to help it mix. Then hold it near his face so that he breaths in the vapours” Diandriel instructs Aluure, sitting back slightly to give the child some room.

A few second passed and an orc came upon Arigoth when his back was turned and Arigoth quickly turned his blades backwards and stabde the orc the stood up pulling his blades out of the orcs body and turning them around. Ryku lept into the air and took an orc down and started to maul the orc biting and clawing until the orc was dead. Then Arigoth charged into the rest of the orcs slashing at anything in his path. whilst in battle with the group he felt a sharp pain in his side and leg, two orcs had stabbed him with spears. As soon as they pulled them out Arigoth thrusted both swords and stabbed both of them now only 2 had remained. The looked at each other then charged at Arioght swords in the air. Befor one of the got near Arigoth Ryku lept into the air and pounced on one of them mauling it till the orc was dead. The last one still charged at Arigoth soon they engaged in combat. The loud clanging of the swords could be heard fairly clear even from a distance, but almost as quickly as it had started it was over for Arigoth disosed of the orc quickly. When all the fighting was done Arigoth walked over to pick up his bow, Ryku was at his heals his beautiful white coat of fur was stained with blood. As soon as Arigoth had reached the spot where his bow lied he fell to his knees feeling sharp pains in his chest and throughout his body. He looked over to one of the spears on the ground and crawled over to it. He picked it up and examined it wincing in pain. "Poison" He said to himself. He threw it down adn stood up still in great pain. "We must get back to Crossroads my friend." He said weakly to ryku, His body was in great pain from the poison and felt like needles were inserted in every inch of his body. The started to walke back to crossroads, Ryku walked and Arigoth limped sort of.

Quickly putting the pouch of herb down, she holds the bowl as per the Princess' order. Watching the water swirl and steam in the bowl, she absorbs the information Dia gives and combines it with the healing arts her mother has taught her. When the ground Naar begins to soak, she shifts carefully and finally relinquishes Kel's hand. Ignoring the pain of the hot water scalding her finger, she swirls the herb around. The pain of the heat sinking in, she hisses slightly as she wipes her finger gently across Kel's upper lip and along his nostrils. Hovering the bowl high on his chest, and fairly close to his chin, Aluure bends and carefully straddles half of her torso over his. Facing Kel's pained face, she gently blows on the surface of the Naar infused liquid towards Kel's nose. Normally she would have draped a cloth over his head and have him bend over the bowl, but she wasn't really in a position to be able to prop him up in the middle of a tavern floor. As she watches the steam enter his nostrils, hope begins to flare anew, even when Kel's chest rumbles as if something inside were dislodging. His breathes coming uneven and in spurts. With the motions of his chest, Aluure was glad she remembered to hover the bowl and not place it on Kel. Having an injured and scalded unconscious brother wouldn't be very good.

The world was full of noise and flashing lights. He could hear his sister’s voice. So far away. Pain. So much pain. Burning. Need to get out. Pain. Sister. Aluure. Protect. Burning. Too many sounds. Not outside. Pain. His thoughts scattered and incoherent. But then, there was a whiff of Earth. Then of sunshine. His mind latches onto that thin thread of familiarity. Someone was holding his hand. The beat of a heart going too fast on the back of his hand. But the pain came back and stole moments. Was it moments? The raging storm in his mind explodes as the smell of wet earth and crushed plants fills his senses. His chest heaves as it rejects the foreign fumes. It was seeping into his mind, clawing away the demons. Something lifts off his chest, something warm splashes his cheek. More fumes. A strangled sound escapes his throat as his eyes fly open and stare unseeing at the ceiling. Body jerking, spasms racking him, body convulsing. Sounds. Smells. Lights. KEL! Aluure… Eyes wide, Aluure looks over to the princess as she holds Kel's quaking body to minimize him injuring himself. The sounds coming from his mouth and the glassy blank look in his eyes creates unease and panic all over again. "My Lady, what do I do?"

((NO scream ... luv ya rofl ))
Diandriel had moved away slightly and pulled a chair over for herself. She settles herself down with a bit of a sigh. It had been a long day, and she was weary from all her travel. Luuva comes up behind her and places Diandriel's forest green cloak over her shoulders "Can't have you catching a cold Milady" She says in a low whisper. Diandriel nods her thanks. Seere moves his chair over and sits beside his sister. He places a hand on her arm and they sit in silence, sharing the comfort of each others company. There would be plenty of time to talk later of what Diandriel had learned on her last journey. She notes that kel was not yet fully awake, but patient usually took a few minutes at least to regain some level of conciencious. There was nothing she coudl do now but wait. Mixing the wrong or too many herbs with naar could be fatal.

Arigoth Stopped momentarily and walked back to a dead orc's corpse. He raised his sword and then chopped it's head off. He picked up the head sheathed his sword and limped back to Ryku. They then started to make they're way back to the Crossroads. "I have to hurry, I can feel the poison spreading through my body very quickly." He took out some herbs and chewed them in his mouth for a few moments in his mouth. He spat remains into his hand while they walked and placed them upon his wound as well as swalloed the bit that was in his mouth. "This won't cure me but it will slow it down for now." He said as they made they're way to crossroads which was several miles away.

Swallowing past the lump of panic in her throat, Aluure takes a breath and asks again, "My lady? What am I to do? Is he supposed to be shaking like this?" Her hands were splayed over her brother's quaking chest. The sounds burbling from his mouth causes concern in her mind. She knew the princess would never harm her people, but she was so lost in this healing. She knew some herbs, but nothing like this. A headache she had said. The Princess said he'd have a headache. Looking at the strained look on Kel's face she bites her bottom lip. Is the headache from hitting his head on the ground or... she whimpers in her mind.

Diandriel watches Kel " Naar is a poweful herb that reacts violently to clear away poisons of the mind. In many but not all cases the patient has been known to quake for up to an hour. The length and severity of the shakes depends on how deep the poison is into his system" she watches him silently for another moment "It woud seem that the poison is deeper then I originally thought. But for now there is nothing else to do, mixing herbs with naar can be fatal. We must only wait and watch for the spasms to end"

As the neared Crossroads Arigoth stumbled slightly but Ryku rushes and catches Arigoth on his back. "Bless us both with you speed Ryku." He whispered to Ryku as he held on tight around Ryku's kneck and the Orcs severed head. Arigoth repositioned himself around for the most comfort for when Ryku took off. Ryku suddenly started to sprint as fast as he could to Crossroads gaining on it much faster than they were when they both were walking. Arigoth winced in pain as he tried to fight off the poison, "Even in its slowed stated the poison is ravaging me." He thought to himself as the two gained on Crossroads.

Pulling her bottom lip into her mouth, Aluure nods and resumes holding her brother's hand. The feel of his shaking sending tremors under her legs. Having always hated seeing pain she could do nothing about, a soft sob hiccups in her chest and bubbles out of her mouth. Fighting back tears, she hugs Kel's twitching hand. Tearing her eyes away from him, she looks around and forces a steely reserve within herself. "Is it possible to move him from the floor? Maybe into a room?" She asks to no one in particular as she looks at the stained floor a few steps from her. The dirty floor can't be good. And Kelva only has a bandage and what's left of his tunic blocking that floor from his wound. Yes, should move him. But can I? Would the Naar in his system be effected if we move him? Glaring at a stain on the floor, she tightens her hold on Kel's hand unknowingly.

The child was beginning to panic, not a good trait in one wishing to be a healer. But it was her brother! Diandriel glances sideways at Seere. The two had always been close, another reason for the people wanting them to replace teh king. The Royal Children, as they were still referred to, we much beloved in their village, as well as by many elves away from the wood. She looks down at Aluure keeping her eyes calm but stern. "Child, do you think it would be wise to move one shaking as he is?" While she speaks to Aluure Luuva re-appears with three blankets draped over her arm. Diandriel had been planning to need them to keep him warm, but perhaps they could be put to better use keeping his wound off teh floor as the child had stated.

Haseo had just finished the week-long travel to the crossroads, it had taken him this long because he was so small, and he had to take care of Chibi. He didnt run into too many obsticles, there would be the occasional goblin, but nothing too serious, and for that, he was greatfull, it seemed that his prayer to the goddess of fire, and the atalantea of fate for a safe travel had, more-or-less, been answered. the first thing that he decided to do was to rest for a while at the first place that he could find. "where do you think we should go, huh Chibi?" the dragon answered him with a 'prii' , and he took it that chibi didnt really care.after all, he was halfasleep on his head. "how about that tavern over there? That looks nice." Chibi spat out a puff of green fire and haseo went into the tavern. As he passed , the barman shot him a dirty look, then he remembered that he was still wearing his fathers mask, so he removed it.

Ryku Rushed up to the gates and through them, he rushed to the Spirit Den. Just outside of Den, Ryku stopped and Arigoth stepped off of Ryku's back his clothes had blood on them and they were dirty his swords were dirty and his quiver was low on arrows. He limped threw the door still hanging onto the orc's head. "I think the problems solved for now." He said dropping it on the floor. "I have only one question, any of you a healer?" He said dropping to one knee, he looked up and seen the stranger with a dragon on his head. He looked back down then at the group of elves. " I was poisoned when fighting the orcs, I was stabbed by their javelins and they were doused with poison.

Turning her head to focus on Dia as she speaks, Aluure's mind wars with her worried heart. Looking back at Kel she bows her head. "No... No it wouldn't be wise. I just--" Against her will, tears begin to mist in her eyes as Kel's hand spasms in hers. Curling over his hand she closes her eyes tightly to stem the flow of tears burning behind her eyelids. "I-- I'm sorry my Lady. I'm so lost. I don't know what to do..." I feel so useless... Unable to heal properly. Unable to fight. I'm so... weak. Immersed in beating herself up, Aluure misses the increase in the times between Kel's spasm attacks.

Diandriel moves to kneel on the floor beside Aluure, carefully tucking the blanket around Kel's shuddering form. She notes to herself that the spasm's had slowed. A good sign! He would be concious soon. She settles back on her heels, keeping silent for the time being as her intense emerald gaze watches Kel. Him waking would be a better comfort to Aluure then anything Dia could say.
