its just some times even now I question if I realy did a good job on that guild or even this one, I want to have fun, but I also want it to be fun for others..but as all my posting and threads makeing it to much of my guild?

The threads are fine Diana. They help keep things in order. There's nothing I see oppressive about them.

She's right you know, things are orngaised wihtout being postal about it, the roleplays are fun, even the OOC thing is great for giggles. you're doing fine as a guild owner, and if you ever start doing a bad job, I'll be the first to let you know.

I guess you could be right, even if you are a bit baised. I fell we need the rules and orgenzation so the rps don't delvoe into the normal Gaia rp, but at the same time I do want it fun at all, its kinda tricky to balance the two.
