Gently the Nightshade ran a hand through the wolf's hair. "You dont have to. Not anymore. Aviv has willingly taken up your job. Because he loves the cat. He'll do what he needs to... "
The wolf dropped to his knees, still holding close to the others body. "Please stop... I'm sorry. I haven't been fair." His ears drooped miserably, "I shouldnt be telling you what to do. But please just stop this. You're going to hurt yourself terribly.Come inside so I can clean it up..." The wolf looked at the cat, his eyes pleading, tears were running down his cheeks...

Kay didn't resond. He sniffed softly.
Del still didn't look at Aviv. His voice was strained as he spoke. "Go back inside, Aviv...I don't want you to get hurt...go back inside..."

The coon led the wolf to the couch where they could set... Gently he hushed him, hoping he would stop crying, though he was sure it had been long needed to be let out.
The wolf shook his head. "No... Please dont ask me to do that. I dont want to go back in without you. Dont make me. I love you Del... I cant..." He only clung tighter and stayed closer.

Kay kept his eyes downcast. "I'm sorry...."
Del finally looked at Aviv but he didn't meet his eye. "Please, Aviv...go inside...I don't...i almost...I almost hurt you, Aviv...and not just a little...i don't want to risk you getting hurt...not by my hands..."

"It's okay." The coon smiled kindly. "It helps to have someone listen... Im sure youve needed something like that for a long time."
"If I get hurt, I want it to be by our hands. I dont want to get hurt by anyone else. Dont ask me to leave Del... Dont make me let you go!" the wolf buried his face against the others body and sobbed.

Kay nodded. "I've...i've always been looking out for the others at our house...Marce...and Jake...no one has really ever listened to me...." he said lightly. "I've always...just wanted somone to be able to listen to me and tell me everything will be ok..."
Del looked away. He pulled the sobbing wolf away from him. He seemed to pause a moment before he kissed the wolf lightly before letting him go. "I do love you, Aviv...but you can do better." he turned and began to walk off. He was shaking lightly, his bloodied hands clenched at his sides, eyes staring stright forward.

Nightshade smiled. "Ill listen to you." He pulled away slightly and brushed a hair from in front of the others eyes.
He just sobbed harder as he was pulled away. As the cat walked away the wolf stood, staring at the ground as he yelled after the cat with what he could between his sobs and hiccups. "It's not fair Del! I-I try s-s-so hard! A-a-ll you e-ever do... is run a-a-way! I-I offer a-all that I have! Y-y-you just turn it down f-flat! Stop-stop being such a -f-freakin' Scaredey cat! J-j-ust buck u-up and take it! I wouldnt offer if I-I didnt w-want you to take i-it! Im-Im sick of it!"

Kay looked at him for a moment before looking down. "Sure, for now...but then i'll go home...and you'll go home...and youll forget about me...and then you'll find some super boyfriend who will make it so you never remember the stupid little sheltered wolf..."
Del stopped. His hands clenched tighter before they relaxed. He turned around, shaking his head. "I don't want you to get hurt, Aviv, not by me. And trust me...this won't be the last time...i have a little issue...i fly off the handle and i get pretty violent. Kay wasn't kidding when he said i should be locked up. I can kill, Aviv...i don't want to risk you...."

The coon blinked and chuckled lightly. "Well that's one way you can think about it. Or, I may go home tonight and think, 'wow, I should have asked that wolf out on another date...'" Gently he reached up and caressed the wolf's cheek. "Dont think so lowly of yourself. We still have to go to amusement park..."
"Dont you get it!?" The wolf looked at Del. "I've been saying it, and saying it! Your 'love' for me wants it so you wont hurt me. But my love for you is I dont care as long as maybe I can help. I want to try. Obviously Im not as worried about. Im more than sure you can kill! Anyone can! I want to stay with you Del..." Aviv looked down at the ground, his ears drooped. "I... I cant chase you all the time though. That isnt my job. I can only try... Im tired of all the chasing... Come find me if you want. Ill be waiting..." Silently Aviv turned and started back to the shop...

Kay turned a light pink. He nodded a little and looked down.
Del watched the wolf walk away. He leaned against a tree and sank down, sighing. He tilted his head up, his eyes closed as his hands started to throb.

Murring lightly at the blush. "You're so cute."
The wolf sniffed as he walked into the shop, taking the back of his hand to wipe away his tears and he silently cursed not being able to stop them. He was a wreck on the outside and the end. He went silently into the kitchen where he sat and brought his knees back up to his chest. His ears drooped lifelessly and is tail was just about the same. What could he do... Why did he care anyways? It shouldnt matter to him what the cat.

Kay turned a darker red. "um...." He spotted Aviv come in alone and his ears perked then drooped a little.
Del looked at his hands, sighing. He'd have to go inside...and Aviv would be inside...He stood before making his way to the front door. He paused, his hand posed to open the door. Dare he? He could just go back... No doubt Kay would be waiting to give some smart remark...Mabye that coon would join in. Crap...why the heck couldn't he....He sighed. He'd have to talk to Aviv...explain...wonderful little thing he was slowly realizing..he couldn't keep things hidden, cover thigns up. He needed to tell Aviv so he would understand....He flinched a little at the prospect of having to tell any part of his past, but he wanted to explain to the wolf...and that had alot to do with it...Carfully he opened the door and entered.

Nightshade's ears also perked up at the sight of the wolf then lowered, giving a small twitch. "I... guess it didnt go to well..." He looked over Kay as he saw the door open again, emitting Del... His ears lowered a bit with a small frown. He pointed in the direction of the kitchen. "He went in there..." He wouldnt give the cat a hard time, he figured it was hard enough for him to just come in the shop, and Aviv didnt look beat up, just upset....
Heaving a sigh, he tried to calm down. He hated getting so wound up. it made him shake and he sound like a 2 year old when he stuttered out his words. Brushing his tears away with the back of his hands he looked up to the ceiling... Would the cat come to him? Did he even matter that much?

Kay bristled a little as he saw Del enter. However as Nightshade directed the cat towards the kitchen, and Aviv, he looked down. No reason to get upset....Del looked pretty bad himself.
Del blinked and he looked at the coon a moment before nodding. "Thanks." he said shortly before he headed towards the kitchen. He stopped in the doorway and his eyes fell on Aviv. His ears lowered and his tail stopped moving all together, hanging limply behind him. He cleared his throat and attempted to find his voice. "Aviv..."

The coon watched as Del moved to the kitchen... He couldnt help as he remained silent... Being nosey... e3e
The wolf jumped slightly as he heard his own name. He stood quickly, "O-oh Del!" He wiped his eyes again and moved so he didnt look like such a wreck... "I-I'm sorry..." His ears drooped and e looked down, his eyes spotted the others hands again. He moved over to the cat and tugged on him gently, wanting to lead him to the sink where he could help clean up the wounds. Aviv felt so scatter brained, he couldnt think very straight...
