Seto's eyes flashed open, and his hand shot out, grabbing Rei's wrist in a bruising grip. He used this grip to quickly get to his feet, already fumbling with his Millennium Rod in his other hand. He drew out the sharp dagger from the rod, and pointed it at Rei's neck, piercing it slightly, just enough to draw some blood. "Bakura, this is the end." He growled, his eyes narrowed sharply.

Rei squeeked and her eyes widen "Bakura run!" she yelled at him.

"Do anything, take even one step, and I'll kill her." Seto was relying on the hope that this odd girl was something, anything, to Bakura. He felt himself tensing as Bakura gave him a blank stare. But the thief didn't move, and Seto relaxed slightly. "Good." Bakura wasn't going to run. He never ran if someone told him to. And he usually wasn't one to stick around and help others out, but he had to admit... Rei had grown on him a little. Besides, he had come here because the pharaoh had taken what was his, and he wasn't going to leave without it.

"Dammit bakura dont listen to him!" rei frowned then thought of somthing.Her foot swong back kicking seto hard in the balls.

Seto let go of the Millennium Rod, which clattered to the ground, as he doubled over, holding his hands over his crotch and swearing. Bakura winced slightly in sympathy, but it was only for a brief second. He had little sympathy for the priests. Isis had opened the cell door silently and was focusing on Bakura, whose back was turned towards her. When Seto went down, she drew a knife from her sleeve and jumped forward, thrusting it into his side. Bakura swiped at Isis with one hand, knocking her backwards into the metal wall of the cell, where she hit her head and blacked out. Wincing, he ripped out the knife and put one hand to his side to stem the bleeding. "I'd like to get out of here soon, please." He said to Rei, nearly toppling over.

Rei rushed to his side wraping his arm around her shoulders "Alright" she said helping him out of the dungen.

Nobody was in the throne room, which was eerie. There were maybe five bodies on the ground, which Bakura stepped over as he went to the doors. His horse still stood there, pawing at the ground. "This is... odd. Where are the people?" He expected that they were probably further in the palace, though, and didn't question this good luck. He didn't see how he was supposed to be able to get on the horse when he could barely stand.

Rei thought for a moment Then walked bakura over to his horse "Bakura lean on your horse." she said before getting on his horse then pulling him up.

Bakura managed to get up, sitting behind Rei. "Sorry if I bleed on you." He mumbled. "Akila can get you a new dress. Do you know how to ride a horse?"

Rei nodded "Luckly I do." she said and her heals pressed into the horses side as thegrasped the reins "hold on." she said as they took off.

Bakura slipped one arm around Rei's waist firmly, and pressed the other to his side. His chest was pushed against Rei's back as they rode on. "You know where the place is?"

Rei nodded "I rember." she said.Soon they there back at the hut and rei pulled on the reins for the horse to stop.

Bakura was feeling lightheaded from bloodloss and was leaning a bit heavily on Rei, his head on her shoulder, his eyes closed, and his arm still firmly around her waist. He didn't seem to be aware that they had stopped.

Rei turned and pinched bakuras cheek "you have to stay awake" she said getting off the horse and helping him down "Akila!!" she called out.

[You can choose where the story should go:
Upstairs, the hut was a disaster, nearly everything in it shredded or broken. They hadn't noticed before, but there were many fresh hoof prints from the pharaoh's men. Somebody must have found their hideout. There was a dead silence from the place, an uneasy feeling. At the bottom of the stairs that led to the tunnels, a body was sprawled, the person's head twisted at an impossible position, a dark puddle of blood around it. The shape was female, and since the only females in the place were Rei and Akila, the body was easy to identify...
[Or:
The woman bustled upstairs, looking concerned. "Oh, are you okay? Bakura just left so quickly, I was so worried that--" She broke off when she noticed the blood. "Oh no! This was what I was worried about. Come on, both of you, I should get this fixed before you make a big mess."
