After Mizu fell for the second time in a row she decided she would take a longer break this time and maybe she would be able to get the push-up done after a nice long rest. Mizu stayed were she had feel and closed her eyes so could attempt to sleep. She laid there for hours it seemed but she couldn’t go to sleep. So she lied there. DC: 10 Train: 3/10 Hp:4+2=6 13.

Mizu laid there watching the inside of her eyelids as she thought of different things; How she hadn’t seen her mother in awhile, and when she would be apart of a team. Though Mizu had her friends Takara and Hiro she felt somewhat lonely lately but she decided not to worry to much about she just tells herself it will pass. Mizu finally doze off into a dreamless slumber. DC: 10 Train: 3/10 Hp: 6+2= 8 14.

Mizu awoke sometime later with a yawn and she laid there wondering where she was. “Oh! Training.” She remembered. She jolted up sleepily but then realized she still have to be on the ground in order to do the push ups. Mizu slowly go back on the ground and into the push-up position and see easily when down the got back up. “I guess a nap is what I need.” Mizu said still kind of sluggish. DC: 10 Formula:19+0 = 19 Train: 4/10 Hp:8 15.

This time Takara tried a different approach. She crouched down as she tried to do the jutsu. However, the results were the same. The only difference was that her legs went in deeper, and at an odd angle. Takara kicked her legs around until the dirt around them was loose enough for her to remove her legs.

Takara plopped down on the ground. What exactly was it that she was doing wrong? If only she could figure it out... Then she would be able to learn the jutsu! Takara shook her head as she stood back up, "Try, try, and try again." Of course, just because someone tried many times, it did not mean that they would succeed. This was proved when she failed, once again, to correctly execute the jutsu.

Mizu now fully awake once again brought herself up and went back down with ease. She once again came up again “YES! Now I’m half way done.” Mizu said with excitement. “I hope I can get though with these last five.” Mizu took a deep breath and once again prepared herself to go down for the sixth count. DC: 10 Formula:15+0 = 15 Train: 5/10 Hp:8 16.

As Mizu was going down she lost her grip and started to lean. Mizu was on her right shoulder when she opened her eyes from the blink. “How did that happen?! I fell over on my side.” Mizu said short of an explanation. She shrugged it off she know her lucky streak wouldn’t last long, she was just hoping it would last a little longer. Mizu sighed and got back in the starting pose. DC: 10 Formula:8+0 =8 Train: 5/10 Hp:8-2=6 17.

Mizu slowly went down her right shoulder was aching a bit from the fall but she continued. Mizu successfully came back to the original pose. “Now I’m slightly more then half down.” Mizu silently celebrated to herself. “Alright four more Mizu you can do this.” Mizu said with the ache in her arm parting. DC: 10 Formula:19+0 = 19 Train: 6/10 Hp:6 18.

Takara was a bit exasperated at the fact that she could not seem to get the jutsu correct even though she was able to execute it on her first try. But then again, it always took her a long time to train in anything, so why did she expect it to be any different when learning a jutsu? Takara sighed and continued to try and correctly execute the jutsu. Her body sunk into the earth and she moved lithely under her target. Her arm shot out and dragged another dummy underground.

Push-up for the time being became a little easier this go round. “I wonder how long this is gonna last.” Mizu said to her self as she easily went down then back up again. “Okay three more I know I can do this! But watch me mess up on the next one.” Mizu said with discouragement but she shook the negative thoughts out of her head and prepared for another push-up. DC: 10 Formula:20+0 = 20 Train: 7/10 Hp:6 19.

Mizu once again with ease did a push-up not as easy as the last one but still pretty easy. “Wow I didn’t bomb that.” Mizu said much to her surprise then her eyes widened “Oh my gosh, I only have two more!” She said with a squeal. Mizu shunned the excitement she knew it wasn’t over yet she could easily clasp on the next one. DC: 10 Formula:15+0 = 15 Train: 8/10 Hp:6 20.

As Mizu came back up she couldn’t believe it. “I only have one more to do.” Mizu wanted to cry at the joy filled her but she stopped herself for fear of looking stupid to everyone else. “Okay if I can pull this one off I’ll be done.” She told herself. Mizu got back to her starting place and took a deep breath. “Here it goes.” DC: 10 Formula:12+0 = 12 Train: 9/10 Hp:6 21.

Mizu went down “I can do this!” She encouraged her self though her arms were throbbing now. Now she was mid-way up “I’m gonna do this!” She proclaimed. When Mizu was almost at a full push-up she fell back down to the ground. “No!” she screamed disappointed with herself. She laid there on the ground for awhile with her head buried in shame. Mizu decided since her arms were so sore she would take a brake now. She stayed in her spot unmoved and unchanged. She sighed “I was so close, life has the cruelest pranks I’ve ever seen.” Mizu said a little depressed. She closed her eyes and cleared her mind. DC: 10 Train: 9/10 Hp:4+2=6 23.
