"Glad to hear it Ms. Black." She said with a smile. "Now which one of you can tell me, how long a rabbits gestation period is, and who knows how many babies is usually in a litter?" she asked as she finished looking at the rabbits and their newly born babies.

"Actually Lily the gestation period is only about 31 days, so your sweet little bunnies had only been pregnant for about 3 weeks before i gave them to you" she said smiling sweetly at the surprised faces through out the room. "As for the babies, you are pretty close, a rabbit can have as many as 9 babies a month, buth may have up to 200 in a year" she said smiling, as her students imagined having 200 kids

"You are quite right Ms. Black, an indoor rabbit's life span is usually 7 to 12 years, give or take a year. But when a rabbit has to live out in the wild, their lifespan dramatically decreases. Can anyone tell me what a wild Rabbit's lifespan is?" she asked kindly

Proffessor Bryn looked around the group, waiting for some one to answer. After a few minutes she spoke again " No one has a guess?"

"Now I would like you each to open your books to chapter 3, if you haven't already and pick one of the animals mentioned in that chapter, Your next assignment will be to give me a stats page on the animal, with the following information on it."
*and with that she flicked her wand and a peice of parchment unraveled infront of each of the students in the group:

"Now Ms. Black lets see what you can do in the kitchen shall we?" she asked sweetly as she wandered over to the kitchen area of the room.
