Super regenerating ability/ can trans form into a Cerberus/ carry's around a buster sword that can break into two. and two 45. caliber/with silver bullets Weapon based powers: Buster sword: The division:Sword begins to gather energy in the air rather dark or light it has different effects if light-then the sword will begin to glow white and suddenly divide into two one sword stays with Blackscar while the other Continues to slash at the target on its own while teleporting./if Dark-the sword will begin to turn Black as the dark energy is being absorbed from enemys attacks or after awhile (can absorb any dark energy/including Evil/chaotic/demonic Energy its all the same) after the sword is fully black the sword divide into two the user then uses the sword like normal but If it makes contact with its target or another dark energy it heals the holder of the swords. 45.calibers:Holy shot: Uses his gun's with silver bullets /infuses it with Holy Fire shaping it like a dragon as its fired the dragon shape fire can hit the enemy even if the bullet doesn't. [Special Traits] Manipulation and Control of Electromagnetic Waves (Light) & Thermal energy (Heat): His power over EM waves allows him to shift the wavelength of light, turning a simple ray of light into any wave found in the range of EM frequencies. He can amplify the light to further increase its power. He can intensity it to further increase its brightness. Just as he can increase any aspect of light he can also decrease it.
Naga Curse: Lucas' right eye has been replaced with a serpentine-like, golden eye. It allows him to see the flows of energy(Natural, Super-natural, Alchemic, Magical, & Spiritual) and redirect a portion of it to himself as if it were his own. This weakens foreign energies while empowering his own. Unfortunately, after every use of this ability his mental stability weakens along with his physical health.
[Equipment]
Novabringr: A great sword that's nearly as long as Lucas is tall, the pneumatic weapon weighs about 15lbs. There are three pneumatic chambers; the first positioned beneath the hole towards the tip, the second positioned beneath the following two holes, and the third positioned beneath the remaining three holes along the blade. Lucas can hold the pneumatic trigger down to "charge" and utilize all three pneumatic chambers.
Cloak: A white cloak that keeps Lucas comfortable in most weather conditions.
Eye Patch: A white eye patch with the design of a golden Oroborus. It covers Lucas' right eye quite well.
Gloves: Fingerless, these gloves provide Lucas with a better grip at the palm while letting his fingers touch and sense things as they normally would without being covered.
Unlucky Coin: There once was an angel named Bacon who deeply loved a Vampire. Waging war with the Heavens themselves, Bacon had fought to be with his love, abandoning his holy status and banishment from Heaven. Along with his pride, the small golden coin had always been with him. Now in Lucas' possession, the angelic being has taken on the duty to carry Bacon’s misfortune as his own as well as burden his fate to prove to his old friend that there was no such thing as "bad luck".
Angelic Book of Spells Another gift from Naomi, Lucas has possession of an ancient collection of arcane rituals and enchantments. It was last used to "reincarnate" his own existence. After taking corrupting energies for his own, the half-angel, Light was able to make a direct connection to his proxy, Lucas. The Angelic Spellbook materialized by harnessing Light's angelic powers to summon it.
Known Spells: Featherfall: After 3 turns of chanting, Lucas can summon forth a rain of feathers to dance about the field. The flow of opponents energies(Natural, Super-natural, Alchemic, Magical, & Spiritual) are drawn into each feather for 7 turns. The more energy collected, the more light each feather will give off.
Serenity Rain: Lucas summons a heavy downpour of holy energy that washes away chaotic energy while rejuvenating a small amount of energy. Demonic and evil aligned entities receive a small amount of damage from the rain.

[Special Traits of Equipment] Exodus Bangles: These huge bangles on Lau's arms grant defense against Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth, They do not offer full protection but they will always HALVE the damage caused by those elements regardless the size of the attack carrying those element(s). Though with these bangles he is completley unaffected by temperature and it's changes such as Heat increase, Cold increase, Etc.
Seraphic Garb Ability #1: This is Lau's robe that he has on at all times. This Garb has a very special power, The more energy that Lau spends/waste the higher his attack and defense becomes! This means the closer that his energy is to being depleted the more powerful he becomes!
Dual Sword: Dai Expellian: The holding of this sword, when targetted by a technique with a special ability, for the cost of 7% of Lau's max energy supply he can negate the effect.
Dual Sword: Ku Kaledian: With this sword Depending on the most used element of the opponent, Lyner can copy the mastery over the element no matter what the element is. Lyner can adjust and use his own techniques and abilities with the element and hold a true mastery over it regardless if the other person has mastered it or not and if so it doesn't matter how long it took them.
Bangles: Regellian: The wearing of these bangles comes with another effect, if for some reason the wearer is somehow absorbed of their energy, The energy shall be replinished by two times the amount of the amount lost this is to prevent energy loss from the opponent as they will see it's a bad idea. If Lau reaches his max energy it will not overflow and simply remain at max.
Reiyaden: When a spell is in projectile form regardless of it's effects and size if Lau put's both of his blades together and begins to spin his swords with the hilt's of the swords attached he can hold the spell in place without contact to Lau's blades and begin to 'Charge Reflect' Them. For this to work Lau cannot attack his opponent as it takes charge time but as well has to avoid his opponent he can still move but his movements are slowed down as well. It can be charged on 5 levels. First Level being the weakest and Fifth being the strongest. The stronger the charge the larger and more powerful the spell when it is reflected!

Seraphic Garb Ability #2: When Lau's energy is depleted and he begins to slowly restore it, If he restores more than 25% of his energy lost he can then immediately cast Level 2 Gaidens without Charging! If he restores more than 50% of his energy lost he can then cast Level 3 Gaidens without Charging! ____________________ All of the mentioned above weapons and armor are made of a material unknown to the universe and cannot be broken, cracked, or melted. ____________________
== GAIDENS == Gaidens are Nedian's form of what one may call 'Magic' they hold a different make up but all of Lau's Gaidens can charge to be up to 3 Levels. Each level can change the size, look, form, strength, and speed of each Gaiden. Some Gaidens only carry one level. Level 1 Gaiden: Requires no charge. Level 2 Gaiden: Requires 1 post to charge. Level 3 Gaiden: Requires 2 posts to charge. *Not all my Gaidens are posted here it's to late so I did what I can, I have more. Will update ASAP.
<>~Gouenken~<> The Gouenken Gaiden is a fire-based Gaiden that fires a flame at a victim and surrounds it. The higher the level this is the larger range this Gaiden has. upon contact from any of the level Gouenken begins to burn away at the victim for 4 post. Level 1: Lau shoots a fireball the size of a small person. Level 2: Lau shoots a fireball the size of a small car. Level 3: Lau shoots a fireball that takes the form of a 30 foot sword!
<>~Souryuuken~<> The Souryuuken is a nice little technique in which Lau dives at a victim, spinning into it (or them) with his swords before slicing the victim in front of him with both of his swords in a horizontal cut. Level 1: Lau spirals towards the target at close range with 4 hits maximum. Level 2: Lau spirals towards the target with medium - close range with 9 hits maximum. Level 3: Lau spirals towards the target anywhere from far - close range with 15 hits maximum along with a sumersault of his blades in the end adding for 3 more hits.
<>~Dankuuken~<> The Dankuuken Gaiden attacks your targeted demon with a vertical shockwave. Lau spins in the air and slashes his swords which create a shockwave heading straight towards the enemy. Level 2 Only: Lau sumersaults with his blades causing a powerful shockwave that travels over a mile and enough force to take down a 5 story building easy.
<>~Ryouseiken~<> The Ryouseiken Gaiden is a ranged attack in which Lau fires a magical array of arrows into a target. The arrows fly in a pincer shape, with several coming from each side. The arrows will hurt anything that crosses their path. Level 2 Only: Lau fires off 22 energy Arrows into the sky or straight at the enemy all at once that scatter. The arrows can be absorbed but if absorbed by a person they lose exactly 25% of their energy instantly. If absorbed by a barrier the arrows will poison the barrier making it weaker and possibly broken before the rest of the arrows get their causing damage to the barrier's caster.
<>~Tenseiken~<> This attack hurts multiple victims, and Lau fires a magical arrow that reins down on them from above. Because of this, it can't be Spell Defended. Only use this when you really need to. Level 3 Only: Lau fires off 1 Energy Arrow into the sky. After a few moments exactly 100 energy arrows rain down upon the enemy's location all of the arrows are a large size of about 15 feet in width each! Upon landing each arrow launches into smaller arrows in various directions! The arrows can be absorbed but if absorbed by a person they lose exactly 25% of their energy instantly. If absorbed by a barrier the arrows will poison the barrier making it weaker and possibly broken before the rest of the arrows get their causing damage to the barrier's caster.
<>~Jinbuken~<> Jinbuken summons a number of swords that circle Lau. Unfortunately they don't harm anything they touch, but if you focus again Lau will fire all of them towards your targetted victim and cause devastating damage. Level 2 Only: Lau summons 9 swords that can pass through any barrier to cause devastating damage to the opponents physical body and deplete their energy source upon contact!
<>~Senranken~<> The Senranken Gaiden creates a whirlwind around Lau, which damages anything around him and throws them into the air. The higher level this is increases the radius of the whirlwind, damaging targets further away. Level 1: Lau creates a whirlwind with force winds of 100mph and 20 feet arround Lau. Max hits: 3 Level 2: Lau creates a whirlwind with force winds of 300mph and 45 feet arround Lau. Max hits: 7 Level 3: Lau creates a whirlwind with force winds of 670mph and 90 feet arround Lau. max hits: 18
<>~Tekkuken~<> The Tekkuken Gaiden uses Lau's Manna to allow Lau's physical strength increase by 30%. As soon as you call it, the Gaiden will activate itself and Lau's Manna will slowly deplete so be careful. During this time Lau will glow bright with an orange aura to show you that the Gaiden is activated. The Gaiden will end when Lau's Manna is emptied or when Lau unfocuses the Gaiden. Another way is if the opponent does to much damage to Lau the Gaiden will unfocus itself and unactivate. Level 2 Only: Lau increases his physical strength by 30% at the cost of 3% of his Manna energy each of HIS post. Gender: Male
Personality: Arc is a very serious person while fighting. He keeps his wits about him no matter how bad the situation is. He remains calm at all points while in battle, which is what allows him to keep his wits about him. While not in battle Arc is very laid back and calm, making friends easily. Arc is the type of person that is willing to sacrifice his own life to save the life of one of his friends.
Appearance:

Weapons: A sentient armor named, insert name Zarathos. Arc can wear Zarathos as a normal suit of armor and have access to its elements and abilities or he can have Zarathos fight on it’s own as a sentient being. Once critically damaged Arc and Zarathos are capable of fusing and turning into a whole new form that seems near unstoppable.

While in his human form and while cloaked Zarathos is kept in a smaller form as nothing more than a gauntlet on his right arm. While in his demon form his armor shifts to nothing more than a belt around his waist. While in his ultimate form Zarathos is only ever worn as a gauntlet on his right arm, a wrist band on his left arm, a helmet, a belt, a pair of grieves, and as an actual weapon all it’s own.
Zarathos has control over the elements of Light, Darkness, Water, and Ice. The armor is strong enough to withstand any natural environment, the deepest part of the Arctic Ocean; The center of a volcano, and will not be inhibited whatsoever. The only thing that will truly damage the armor is a high power attack. If it were a direct hand to hand or weapon attack that struck the armor, there are a few weak points between the armor's larger plates where it could do serious damage. And even if the armor is detached from Arc, it is still a part of him, so any damage it receives is his as well. Since Zarathos is a sentient being and having it’s own soul it requires some sort of sacrifice to keep it happy and Arc must abide by this to be able to tap into the armors powers.
Abilities: Arc is capable of creating his own special type of steel. He has complete control over this steel and can manipulate it on a molecular level. The steel is an exclusive bloodline trait to the steel demon lineage making the steel uncontrollable except to the person that summoned it, except in special conditions. These conditions are things like a being of great spiritual power merges with the steel and is allowed control over the steel by the one who created it.
Arc can also use ritual spells such as Hell's Fury, Demon's Baptism, Abaddon's Kiss, and Demon's Fire. These are only a few of the ritual spells that he knows, but these are his most used during battle.
Demon's Baptism: Summons the chaotic energy of Hell itself to demolish anything that stands in it's way. The beam is ten meters in diameter and moves near the speed of a bullet.
Demon’s Baptism: Level 2: The chaos energy forms an ‘aura’ around Arc’s body. The aura isn’t in direct contact with his body, but it’s still close enough that it causes damage to his body. The aura itself extends four inches past his physical body.
Demon’s Baptism: Level 3: Instead of firing one large beam Arc is capable of casting two smaller beams at different times if he so chooses to. The beams are just as destructive as a full size beam, but are easier to dodge due to their smaller size.
Demon’s Baptism: Level 4: Hundreds of Chaos Energy Orbs fly rapidly from Arc’s hands. Each of the orbs is semi-homing, but only so far as to direct themselves towards Arc’s opponent.
Demon’s Baptism: Level 5: The Chaos Energy drips down and causes the ground to die. The chaos energy then absorbs the energy of the Earth itself and combines with it. The results of this are still truly unknown to Arc since he has only used it once to date.
Demon’s Baptism: Level 6: Arcturus’ one and only true finishing move. When stuck against insurmountable odds Arc casts off this form of Demon’s Baptism and begins to gather as much energy as he can within his own body. He uses as many different spells as he can to fuel this one spell to make it as strong as he possibly can. Upon using this spell a chaotic seal appears over Arc’s entire body, as well as the entire area he is fighting in. Once Arc feels that he has gathered enough energy he activates the spell and self-destructs. Once he self-destructs so does the seal covering the area he had been fighting in. The result is one massive explosion of immeasurable power and almost impossible to escape without some type of damage, normally critical damage.
Demon's Fire: Summons the chaotic energy of Hell in the form of a ring of flames around the opponent. When the release command is spoken the flames create a dome of chaotic energy around the opponent that rapidly compresses. Since the dome is made up of chaotic energy it can break down anything thrown in its way and still get to the opponent.
Demon’s Fire: Level 2: Instead of forming a dome around the opponent a sphere is formed instead leaving them with almost no escape.
Perfected Demon’s Fire: This is just a larger form of the basic Demon’s Fire spell with a few alterations to it. The area of attack is double and the dome is once again a sphere.
Reverse Demon's Fire: Instead of the sphere of Chaos Energy appearing around his opponent it appears around Arc himself. The sphere then expands outward sixty feet as a perfect defensive measure.
Hell's Fury: Summons the chaotic energy of Hell in the form of one hundred arrows in the sky. When the release command is spoken the chaotic arrows rain down from the sky aiming to skewer and obliterate the opponent.
Hell’s Fury: Level 2: At first glance the attack looks no different from the basic Hell’s Fury spell. But the difference is soon made clear as each of the hundred arrows split apart into a hundred arrows each. The ten thousand arrows that are now raining down are no longer all moving in the same direction like before. Some arrows are aimed off in case the opponent moves from where they are there is still a chance they will be hit. The area of attack of this spell is also twice the size due to the increase in arrows.
Abaddon's Kiss: Summons six spirits from the Black Pit of Hell. When the release command is spoken the spirits charge at the opponent as fast as they can and from all sides. These spirits do not leave until Arc has run out of energy or until they have run through the opponent once. When one of the spirits touches Arc's opponent they drain up to twenty percent of the opponent’s energy. A direct hit where the spirit runs through the opponents chest will drain the full twenty percent, while barely catching the opponents hand will only drain one or two percent.
Arc can command the spirits to take control of his steel clones. The spirits spiritual energy is strong enough to morph the steel and allow them to control it for themselves giving them a physical body capable of harming the opponent before jumping out of the clone and draining some energy as well. Gate Sealing: This ritual spell opens the Gates of Hell and floods it with so much chaos energy that the Gates are unable to close themselves for a set amount of time allowing the chaos energy to freely flow to where ever Arc casts this spell. This is used for multi-casting of his ritual spells which has an extremely high chance to kill the opponent as his finishing combo.
Hell's Energy Prison: This spell creates a barrier of chaos energy over the entire field that targets my opponent(s) energy signature(s). This barrier disables opponent's spells, alchemy, magic, anything alike by disrupting them and the way they are cast. Any energy that is used in the attempt of casting a spell, alchemy, magic and the like is converted into more chaos energy used to sustain the barrier for a little while longer.
Arc has gained the ability to use Golden Lightning. The Fallen Angel Abbaddon who resides in the Black Pit of Hell granted this ability to him.
Golden Lightning: Is a unique type of lightning that only Arc knows. No lightning user can even attempt to control it due to it being specially granted to Arc by Abbaddon. This Golden Lightning is different from normal lightning. It can strike an opponent physically, spiritually, and even mentally while retaining the properties of normal lightning as well.
Bio: Arc has been around the block more than once and has seen things that would drive most people to the brink of insanity. He has held together and watched the bloodshed from the shadows always keeping himself hidden. Over the years something changed and Arc grew bored of hiding and decided to step back into the fray and take hell to victory. Arc joined Hell's Army and has quickly moved up in the ranks.
Currently Baldr is under assignment from Kikyo to infiltrate Cruxis and find their weakness. To do so, Arc had clones created of Scarlet, Aiden, and Damien as well as one of himself. He took all of the clones to Earth where he proceeded to kill them while in a disguise of his own. Arc now walks around under the identity of Desh, his older brother, and has already made contact with Dom of Cruxis. Desh 'gave in' to the word of salvation and has taken a mission from Dom that would allow Desh entry into a position in Cruxis. Now Desh is on the hunt for Raam in an attempt to kill him and take his place in Cruxis.
While on assignment from Dom, Desh paid a visit to Abbaddon in the Black Pit due to the seal that had been placed on him starting to cause him pain. Abbaddon released the seal and granted a new ability to the demon, this would be his Golden Lightning. Along with the Golden Lightning, Abbaddon also doubled the demon's energy and granted him an energy reserve for him to use in desperate times or after a long battle so he could heal himself.
Sera sought out Desh, or more accurately had Desh seek him out. After a small conversation Desh became known as Steed, Sera's new partner within Cruxis. Now Sera and Steed have began to carry out some of Cruxis' plans. They kidnapped Aiden while Kikyo is missing, but due to Kikyo being gone Steed made up an excuse to watch over Hell while Sera dealt with Aiden. While watching over Hell as Baldr he sought out Kestral and sought his help. Kestral decided to help Baldr and ordered Gizan and Vayne to commission a weapon for Baldr. This weapon came to be known as Zarathos.
Other: Arc’s body isn’t made of flesh and blood like most other’s. His body is made up of the same metal that he summons to fight with. His ‘bones’ are nothing more than solid, reinforced steel bars that run through his body like a skeleton. He still has parts of his body that act like muscles to allow him to move his body. His brain is the only part of his body that retained its normal form. It still continues to send chemical signals throughout his body.
Too keep Zarathos happy Arc must selflessly throw himself, and Zarathos, into harms way to protect his allies and those too weak to protect themselves from danger. Through their shared pain, they grow closer and the bond between them grows stronger.
While in Hell he can use his Demon's Baptism, Hell's Fury, and Demon's Fire ritual spells without having to say the incantation needing only the release command. He can also freely control the chaotic energy of Hell while in Hell to do small forms of those ritual spells.
Arc also has multiple seals on his body, each on is directly related to one of the many things that Abbaddon has granted Arc the ability to use. He has one seal in the middle of his chest, one on his back, and the third seal is on his right upper arm just below the shoulder. The seal on his chest is his Energy Reserve Seal. The seal on his back was put there when he gained his Golden Lightning. And the seal on his upper arm is an ever-changing seal that grows each time Arc masters a new Ritual Spell.

Powers: Negi is one of the last people capable of summoning the spirits of the elements to aid him in battle. He can also merge with these spirits to further increase his power and control over what is done. Negi also knows how to use the Energy Cannon, which harnesses the power of one of his summons to deal devastating damage. Negi also has a moderate control over all elements that he has a summon for as well as control over his bodies own energy, his chi.
Energy Cannon: By turning one of his summons to pure energy and condensing it, which is gathered in his hands or mouth, Negi is capable of launching a powerful ball of pure elemental energy. This causes a large explosion followed up by an elemental effect caused by the used spirits influence.
Summoning: Negi is able to summon two spirits simultaneously granting him the power to use elemental combos. He has also learned how to quickly summon his spirits for quicker use of them. While merged with one of his summons Negi gains a masterful control over the respective element of the summon.
Merging:Negi is capable of merging with his spirits after they are summoned granting him full control over that element alone. He has mastered how to automatically merge with a spirit as it is summoned to give him an element of surprise to his opponents.
Elemental Control: Negi has a moderate control over the elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, Light, Dark, Ice, and Lightning. Once merged with one of his spirits he gains a mastered control over that spirits element, but retains a small amount of control over the rest of the elements. Aside from the base elements Negi is also capable of a very small amount of control over the extremely dangerous Chaos Energy.
Chi Control: Negi can also control his bodies own energy and use it as a weapon. He is also capable of using it as an internal defense system against foreign energies and objects.
Kanko Style: This is a mixture of his body’s chi energy and magical energy for a physical boost. This grants him a fifteen percent boost to all of his physical attributes for a limited amount of time. While in this state his body is unaffected by temperature and pressure changes.
Weapons: Negi carries around a scythe that is transformed into a different weapon depending on which summon Negi is merged with.

Zodiak Summon: Zodiak - Zodiak is the only summon that cannot be merged with, but even though he can't merge with him, Zodiak is the strongest spirit Negi has in his arsenal. Zodiak can use any and every element at will including Chaos energy. Negi has mastered his Zodiak spirit and unlocked its hidden ability to split into five separate dragons that control only a single element.
The Five Zodiak Dragons: Red, Green, White, Blue, Black – These five dragons have control over one element reflected by their color, Fire, Earth, Light, Water, and Darkness.
Bio: Negi is one of two summoners left in existence, his older twin brother Oni being the other. Negi and Oni have always had different styles of fighting and using their spirits. They each acquired all of their summons at the same time and both almost died when trying to summon their Zodiak Spirits before they were ready. After almost dying from a failed summoning, Negi fell behind his brother and became the weaker of the two. Negi left his home and his brother to become stronger and met many strong opponents during his time away.
During his travels Negi learned a new skill, the Energy Cannon, but did not know that his brother had already mastered it. After learning this skill Negi sought out his brother to show off his new skill only to learn that he had yet to surpass his brother. Oni had seen how hard Negi had been working and deiced to help him and to train him, with the help of a few of his allies. Oni help Negi master his Energy Cannon technique which in turn increased Negi’s energy level allowing him to summon two spirits at once.
With that completed Oni had nothing left he could teach his brother but knew that his close friend Arcturus would be able to help his brother grow even stronger. While training with Arc, Negi quickly mastered automatically merging with his summon while summoning it. Upon showing Arc that he was capable of standing on his own Arc took Negi to meet Abbaddon. Arc pled with the great Fallen Angel to help the summoner to grow even stronger. Abbaddon saw the potential in the summoner and granted him the ability to freely control the elements without the help of his summons, but due to it being a new ability and not a bloodline trait to the summoner his control could never amount to a perfected control.
Upon returning from the Black Pit, Arc and Negi were met by another person to help in Negi’s training. This man was Kaldari Amor, an Energy Vampire that held unparalleled control over energy. He was there to teach the summoner how to control his bodies own energy as well as help him get used to using the elements he had recently been granted control over. Once Negi had finished training with Kal, he had new ideas of his own that he wanted to begin to master to make his three teachers proud of him and set out once again to continue his training.
Other: After meeting with Abbaddon Negi gained the ability to control the elements without being merged with his spirits, but the level of control without being merged is only a moderate control. The seal that was burned into his flesh is in the center of his back depicting that Abbaddon has chosen him as one of his select few.

appearance: Dark flame and shadow shroud Necriaus in mystery. Able to hide in the mortal world as a human he appears to be no more than than your average 20 year old male, but in other planes of existence he has no trouble showing off his true form... Always wearing Mystical black cloke and tunic, shrouded by darkness it his hard to make out his features. All that can be made out from a distance is a halo and dark silhouetted skeletal wings. (Using my avi as concept)
weapons/ powers: Necriaus carries a scythe which he stole from the angel of death before his descent into the nether world and holds the ability to steal souls of lesser beings. He has been granted dominion over all mortals he destroys in combat thus honing his skill as a necromancer. He also has gained some proficiency in shadowmancy and limited abilities concerning ice resulting from his lengthy imprisonment in hells frozen lake (Canto 9 of hell according to Dante)
bio:Cast out of heaven with the rebellious angles for betraying the arch angel Michele to Satan Necriaus was sentenced to an eternity of damnation with the betrayers and mutineers of Canto 9 in hell. Escaping the ice, Necriaus hid in the mortal realm in the hopes of repentance for his sins by protecting humanity from Satan's unholy wrath.

You joined the guild because?: I found this guild looking for a good RP and long before this, I have always enjoyed the concept of a war between heaven and hell.
