Gamma slowed from his wild sprint and straightened himself, slowing to a walk as he approached the two. He holstered the automag.
"Get it all?" Adding a nod to Miles, who just stuffed something into his pocket.
"Guess that's what they get for jumping on us when we're trying to leave."

Tadashi chuckled to himself, and continued to watch the carnage outside. These three men had gathered an admirable array of marbles, though he noted that three were synthetic creations, fully functional but worthless to him.
"Perhaps I should head out now," he mused to himself.

That was a very good question. It would be sad if that junker didn't make it.

Eustathios laughed sadistically at the spray of blood and the corpse under his feet, with the sword protruding from it's chest. He pulled the blade out with a loud pop and another smaller spray of blood. His hands fished around the inside of the wound for a moment until he gripped the intestines of poor, dead Sullivan, and dragged the corpse behind him. Slipping the slick blade back into it's sheath and collecting his spear. At the moment he really didn't need any new marbles, no matter what it was that Miles had picked up, he was more then content with the marble in his possession. "Indeed it does, and I have a trophy," He grinned down at the body, leading to the guts in his hand like a leash.

"You're not bringing your trophy in my car." Gamma turned and walked the street to the Tercel. He didn't want guts in the rental.
Just ignore the crashed hardtop and broken back window. Not to mention Gamma's right pantleg was covered with dried blood, while the left jacket sleeve was too.
The rental place would s**t themselves.

Tadashi stepped out of the building, lighting a new cigarette as he went. He glanced at the trio, but as far as they could tell he had no marble, and he would make no actions towards them unless provoked.

Miles climbed in through the empty hatch windshield.
"Anything we can do about these seats? Could make more room in back all together if we could."
Crawling over the back rest he got into the back seat and waited for the others.
"So how much do you think our pay off will be?"

Gamma didn't know what could be done about the back seat. Robot cannon balls played hell with upholstery.
"It should be a lot." This was true, they had collected a ton of marbles so far. He stepped in through the still open door and positioned himself in the seat. Turning the keys that were waiting in the ignition, the engine would start.
And they'd drive their beaten-to-s**t car. arrow Customs. Construction yard.
Because they look identical.

He stared at Gamma, quite annoyed at the fact he couldn't bring the corpse. So, instead he kicked it in the side, gave it the finger and walked up to the car once more. Pulling the other spear off his back and getting into seat he had been using since they first started this trip, which seemed like weeks ago. "Hell if I know, but she was giving fat stacks of gold for each marble, and how many do we have? Eight?" He took a guess, not entirely sure upon the number.
