::softly:: I know. ((she's done that since her parents were killed, for about a year now. She doesn't mention it because she doesn't want to seem stranger than she already is)) But I do the best I can.

He nodded. "Personal trainers cost alot and you can't exactly go into a dojo. Though if you have a tv and a dvd player you could do some taebo. It might help with your immune system and it would strengthen you body plus teaches self defense. It's good all around." he said. Yes, even where he had come from, they had taebo, and all the other things he loved.

((lol)) ::just nods, pushing food around on her plate again:: I do try to get some exercise. I got a treadmill a few months ago, and I run on that.

"That's good, works the leg muscles. Guys would be sorry if they messed with a chick with strong legs."he said, just trying to think of things logically.

::hadn't thought of strong legs. She'd been thinking that it might make her fast enough to run away if something happened. Glances down at her legs. At the moment, they are as thin as the rest of her, even through the oversized pants she's wearing. To her, they look like they'd break like twigs if she tried to kick at someone:: I just try not to draw attention to myself. ::multicolored hair aside::

He chuckled. "No offense, but if I ever got lost in a crowd, I could find you. As long as I was tall enough anyways. Not that you'd be in a crowd anyways." he said, having to keep reminding himself that she was ill.

::fingers a lock of purple hair:: I spent so much time in hospital rooms when I was little, and there were no colors but white. I guess I'm trying to make up for lost time.

"Ah, I suppose that's why your apartment has so many colors. It's actualy kind of refreshing to have so many different colors." he said, thinking about house less colorful his life had been before. He was surprised he hadn't been blinded from all the books he had always read with starch white pages.

::smiles fully for the first time, but she's looking at her walls:: You know, besides me, you're the only person who's ever been this far into my apartment since I moved in.

He blinked. "Wow. How long has it been since you moved in?" he asked, thinking it was maybe only a couple of months.

Remmy blinked several times, apparently having a hard time comprehending. "You've been here for over a year and I'm the only on who's gotten this far into the apartment besides yourself?"

::nods:: yeah ::then shrugs:: I don't have any family, I have to go out to see the doctor now, and I've never really made friends easily.

He nodded. "It would be a bit hard to make friends I suppose. But, at least we can get to know each other while I'm here right?"

::nods. this is one of the longest conversations she's had in her life. Her parents kept everything short, because they didnt want to make her sick, and her doctors never made small talk with her:: it seems we don't really have a choice.
