How about this for a smoothie:
about a half cup orange juice
about a half cup of chunked pineapple
a sliced banana
honey to taste, if desired
Take all of those and blend in a blender until smooth.
Or put a peeled and diced peach/nectarine, a sliced banana, 2/3 cup milk, and honey to taste in a blender and blend until smooth.

Banoffee - pronouced ban and offee as in toffee
Open a can of condensed milk and boil (the whole can) upright in a pot for two hours, replacing the water as it evaporates.
Let it cool (so you don't burn your fingers) and spoon the now toffee-like milk into a pre-made pie crust.
Add lots of cut up banana
Smoother in whipped cream
Artfully arrange banana bits and chocolate shavings on top
Cool in fridge over night.
Stuff your face.

It is a banana that has been bakeing in the sun for ten mintutes on the drive home. It doesn't go bad but it's warm Oh there is mutant Banana in the TARDIS, it was part of a science experiment I did a while back it fell out of my pocket and now it's getting rather large sweatdrop
