rago's NeW made Up.
Much how people have Puppets and Mimc Clones I ahve my own Made up techinque to go with The Magic Gloves Techinque.
It would be called Opponet gloves. Were it literally makes me to take the "Chakra Gloves" from off there hands and use all of my opponets techinques well that requires hands that is.... They would be much like my magic glvoes that I can command.

it's not if they know the techinue or not...ITs more like me taking my chakra but applying your techiqnues to my hand...like a leach to explain better. This is how it would work.
Drago runs foward threw the forest. Drag o leaps in the air as he sees Naruto. Drago looks and he comes down from the sky as he grabs Naruto's hands.
"Hmm...Got YA!"
Drago stabs Naruto's hands and he forms his next handseal.
"Magic Gloves COPY!"
Drago takes his hands off of Narutos and a pair of hands were floating behind him.
"MAgic hands Rasengan!"
The Magic hands behind him formed a rasengan and hit NAruto in the chest.

this is my new made up.....
I can use chackra, on my blaees, shureiken, kunai. They make blades sharper, and more powerful, plus it extends the reach of kodachi, and katana attacks. an dif you spin, like in kaiten kenbu, it creates spinning chackra, so its just like having chackra on your stuff

yes the flying swalo, but mines diffrent, you can use chackra for many different things. Its just using chackra on your weapons

Just ask Drago he liked Bone's so he might like yours.

Bone has to kill another person and then he can use them as a puppet if thats what you mean. And No your techiqnue is not fair because there would be no way you can copy a made up techinque. Thats a big 10-4 No.
