I honest to God hate blue eyes. (no offense) Everyone has blue eyes. How boring. Blue is one of the most common colors so I want Dei-chan to be extra special and have green. Which happens to be one of the rarest eye colors.
But I am willing to go for an in-between and say blue-green. xp
You will not change my mind no matter what you say. I dont' care what proof you have.

Why don't we just visit the colour thread here on gaya?
I like blue!
It's a beautiful colour and the clearer blue your eyes are, the more beautiful it is.

I think they're originally blue, but whenever I draw him I make them purple. Just because I think it look good.
And it matches his nails! biggrin *flicks hair*

<<;; She's right. They are officially purple (though people like to think they're black.) Purple represents loyalty. So I'm guess that's why they are that color.

<3 Having blue eyes makes you more sensitive to dim light. (blue eyes or light colored eyes mean you have less pigment in your eyes there for are extra sensitive to light) ... Are you saying that people with brown eyes are ugly? Btw. My best friend's eyes are so grey blue they look white sometimes. People tend to be fearful of her instead of admiring her beauty. (she is pretty...just scary too)

I say black!! DX It's clearly colored black on vol. 31.. I know. which is why I changed my reply. btw. You can ask for Character descriptions anywhere and they will most likely tell you purple for the nail polish. Here Is some descriptions: Clothing and appearanceAkatsuki members dress in similar clothing: a long, dark cloak bearing red clouds and a red interior with a chin-high collar. All members also wear purple nail polish on their fingernails and toenails . Large conical straw hats with small spike-like bells hanging from them also seem to be part of their outfit, but they discard them after being discovered. This seems to be an optional piece of the Akatsuki outfit, likely to further disguise their identities.

(she is pretty...just scary too) Ooh white eyes, I'd like to see that =D I've changed my opinion from pure sky blue to an aqua... there's a bit of a green shine to his eyes, confuzing DX
