Hm, on one forum I used to hang out at there was a thread where users would take Sonic X screenshots and add in humorous word bubbles for the characters or edited them in some other way. I don't know how successful it would be here but it's worth a shot to start a thread for screen butchers and post a few to try to get the ball rolling.
I'm trying to think of other ways to encourage activity here as well aside from threads that might have longer lasting discussions in them.
