Enters the cuncil chamber and bows in front of the councils. "Hello, I'm Shizuki, guild leader of the World of elemental warriors. I think you heard of me, I'm allaince with this guild." nods. "I bring news... if you are interested to hear about..it.." Looks at the council's eyes.

*Tutsumi turns around slowly and looks at Shizuki, a slight smile crossing his face. He nods towards her question and sighs softly.*

*Finding a note that she had left, he sighed softly and posted it up for Neko to look at.* Note My guild forum, will be hosting a huge torniment. It's allainces vs..allainces. or so to speak guild vs. guild torniment! Yup that's right! This guild tournament will be consist of beauty(pagent--like avi contest), brains (answer questions cannot find anwer in interent..you need to know it), and strenght (battle torniment)! You can also bring in your allaince to this torniment if you like. Prize:We will give out gold to the guild..and the members that won in the tourniment or contest will be in the Hall of Fame! Enter...or not..what ever you choose. The only person that can decide to enter his or her guild is the guild captain, him/ herself.

Shizuki with her black velvet hood cloak enters the building looking around the empty chamber. "....hmm" She walks towards the leaders desk and put a letter on the table.
The Letter Dear Nekojiri & vice captains, I'll be giving out a new alliance treaty in the pm. Since I wanted to keep in touch with the alliance I have with, there will be guild alliance meetings in the new building called the "Guild Alliance Chamber" We will needed to discuss what events we all like to make together so all members my have fun. Oh there is a plus side with this and you will find out later in the pm later. Please take your time in coming in this meeting. You also can bring in your alliance leader too to make an interesting time discussing the events. Thanks for your time. Shizuki then turns around slowly and puts her right hand outward. She then snaps her hand and black and white cloud covers every inch of her body then disappear into thin air.

Shiro approached the large double doors. He had important issues he needed to discuss with the council. He knocked loudly.

A large variety of locks was undone. The council wasn't in session but Zen was hiding out from the rest of the community while staying, and had chosen the council chamber as his nest to crash. It still had the look of solitude, but there really wasn't any dust in Zen's spot.

Shiro heard the locks click open and wandered into the chamber. He looked around a bit before asking quite loudly
"Hello? I wish to appeal before the council...."

Zen scratched his forehead, bringing his right arm down smoothly letting him slide his hand into his pocket.
"Council isn't in session. They only convene in emergency situations."

Taking a few steps Zen looked into the young nins eyes. Large bags hung under them, "Now if you'll excuse me I need to rest my eyes."

He never recieved an answer, having a hand grab him from behind and chuck (Yes chuck as in throw) him down the hallway roughly ten feet. It appeared to be an exact duplicate of Zen. It smiled as the door shut behind it the clanging of locks pushing through the corridor. The clone simply smiled as it disappeared in a cloud of leaves. A single piece of paper floating down from its position.
The paper had a stick drawing of what could only be assumed as Tutsumi, the leader of the light dojo.

He walked ino the council chamber. No one was about. Fujiwara sighed. He should have known better. So he left a simple note. Fujiwara-Sai To whom it may concern: I, Fujiwara-Sai, am back. I have been resureected and have found that I no longer have any of my previous skills pertaining to justsu's and such. I still wish to be apart of this dojo as such as I still have all my skills in battle and I wish to help my son, Maruku, in any way shape or form. I hope this is acceptable. Fujiwara-Sai. With this he sighed and exited the counil chamber.
