"Oh my! Are you serious?" She said as she hurried to get some socks. Since she didn't have any socks with her, she stole a pair of James. She slipped those on and the extra pair of boots. "All ready?" she asked him. "Because I am." She said smiling.

James smiled and kissed her. "The work I do doesn't pay for all of this. I own two of the stallions that they use for breeding. Wyatt and Abarat. Nice and calm perfect for teaching." He opened the door for her. "Ladies first."

She grined. "Why thank you my kind sir." she said jokingly. She then asked, "You OWN them? You mean, they are yours? That's awesome! I would just love to have a horse." she said as she walked through the door.

"Well m'lady your wish is my command. Eventualy. As in a long time from now. A very long time. A very very long time." He laughed as he led her to the stable. He led Abarat and Wyatt out by the reigns. They were already ready. He had planned this last night. He got up onto Wyatt. "Comeon try doing the same thing with Abarat. He is nice and calm."

She giggled as he spoke. she watched as he got up onto Wyatt and she wanted to do the same with Abarat. She was scared because she hadn't ever been on a horse before. She then tried to climb up the same way and finally, after struggling a bit, managed to do it correctly.

"Good now just keep your feet in the little holes there and your hands wrapped in the reigns. Then to go just 'whip' the reigns lightly and to turn just move them left or right. To stop just pull back slightly. Got it?"

She looked at him with a blank stare. "Uh...yeah...I think so. Yeah. You just whip it to make it go and then pull left or right to make them turn...and then pull back slightly to stop. I got it." she said.

"Then show me. Just go over to the road and follow it. I'll make sure you're safe." James turned Wyatt around and started him walking to the road.

She was a bit frightened but she wasn't about to show it. She whipped the horse and it took off. "AHH!!!!" she screamed as she tried to pulling back on it and tried to hold on for her life. All she was doing was making the horse flail to stand on it's back legs. After that the horse just kept running...with her on it!

James gave a sharp loud and hard whistle to calm Abarat down. James had Wyatt gallop after them. He grabbed their reigns and stopped all of them. "I think you should just get on the back of my saddle."

She was so shooken up. She just nodded quickly and hurrily jumped onto his sadle. She hung on for dear life around his stomach.

James led them back to the stables. He had to pry Anne's arms off of him so he could get off and catch her before she fell. He set her down and put the stalions back in their stalls. As he was brushing them down he looked at her. "You okay?"

She stopped shaking after a while and stood up. "Yeah, now I am. Oh my...that was so horrible." she said. She didn't like horses anymore. Especially that one.

"Abarat is shaking more than you are. So don't say that. You scared him senceless. You have to be gentle with any living creature." He finnished brushing them down and gave them both a few sugar cubes. He walked back over to Anne. "Lets go back to my house now.
