Though he had an idea of the room that she wanted to explore, the one he looked at but she was a bit distracet by the nursury. "the only thing i was really looking for was someone that was already living here, but i did not see anyone." his smile was back, though not as bright as it normally was, it was there. he was happy to be with her and now they had a home.
"well if it is the room i am thinking about we better go get some kept and make a bed." he started to think of all the things they would have to move from their old homes. then how much she had to bring with her...

"Mmm... yes. Let's see how to make a bed!!" Truthfully, Topanga had never made a bed before. She only slept laying down when with Aki. In her tank with the others she slept while swimming for the most part, sometimes ducking inside one of the tank decorations if the sun was too bright outside the window.
She nuzzled his side affectionately a moment before regretfully pulling away, tilting her head at him thoughtfully. "And you will tell me how I made you sad?"

Aki was about to tell about his bed when he stopped. He looked at his hands, "Well... when you talking about counting our eggs... I mean is it not ok to think about them? we are going to have them right?" he glanced at her really fast befor looking back down at his hands

Blue eyes went wide as her mouth fell open, a soft gasp coming from her. A moment later she was swimming back to him, trying to get as close as possible. "Oh, Aki! Of course we are! There's nothing I want more than your children. Our children." She blushed but did not cease speaking. "It was me.. I started thinking about children and their children... all growing up and staying here with us and..." A shudder broke her words. "I.. I.. just was afraid I'd think it up too nice and here we've not yet, and I didn't want to scrimp on looking at this place 'cause I've never looked at places to live before having always had a place in my tank and wanting you more than I could think and knowing I should concentrate on this first and... Oh, Aki!! I don't know what's okay and what's not! I only know that I want you and to have your children and to make you happy however I can!"
With that she tucked her face against him, holding him as tight as possible with her fins.

She must have felt the sigh that came from him. "I understand that... i really do." Aki lifted her face to his, "I was just not sure how to take it when you said that, and i will say it hurt. But I think it hurt because i was so sure you wanted kids with me but that made be second guess." He gave her a light kiss, "I know better then to think that now. And i would never dream of skimping on looking over this place, even if by chance you did. I think we need a happy home for both us and what ever comes in the future." he gave her a hug, his arms wraped tight around her, "but for now, lets go make ourselfs a bed so we can make those children." he lot go of her body but kept her fin in his and giving it a light kiss leading the way outside.

The familiar tingle Topanga associated with being with Aki returned. "Yes. Let's."
She glanced around outside, trying to see ways she could be a happy little homemaker & realizing she had no idea where to begin. Maybe she could ask Elanorriel when she dropped by their tank. "So... where do we start?"

"well... At my old home I had an old spounge, you know one that nothing is living in anymore. then other in my tank and I wove kept togther to make blankets." he smiled at her, "So I guess look for a sponge... but enhough for both of us... or just you. I can always bring mine from home and put them togther to make one bit bed"

She giggled. "A sponge sounds soft... and sproingy." She made jest but her dark blue eyes avidly searched for a nonliving sponge. "Um... what kind of places do they grow, Aki?"

Aki looked at Topanga as she talked about the spounge and gave a giggle, "yes, it is" he also looked around. "not really sure where to find one... that is the only problem." he frowned trying to think where they came from. all he knew was there was one in his tank

Topanga played thoughtful. "hmmm... If I were a sponge... where would I live...?"
The playfulness left her dark blue eyes and the violet hues within them seemed to be brighter as she attempted to remember. "Trel left one of those discovery shows on the television one day... its across the room and I wasn't really paying attention but I think... something about sponges and currents? And being on the bottom?"
Brightening the female clownfish beamed at her almost-mate. "Know of any place with a current around here, Aki?"

"current.. I Think so." He took her fin in his and started to swim where he thought a current would be. He was lucky and that they did find a current.
"you said the bottem, right?" He held her tight to his body and swam to the bottem. He did not want her getting carried away so he used his bigger self to get them to the bottem safely

As if Topanga would deny any excuse to be in the handsome male's arms. She let herself be held tight while trying to aid to the swim with well placed flicks of her back fin. Dark blue eyes scanned the bottom. Too bad she had not been watching the show -The clownfish female was not entirely sure what a sponge looked like. "Something big enough for both of us... right?"
Lots of different things seemed to live here, many that Topanga had never seen before. It was all very exciting. That, on top of Aki's close proximity, meant that she was constantly having to remind herself to keep looking. She sighed. It would really help if she knew what a sponge looked like, living or dead.

"yes, we both need to share the bed" He kissed the top of her head and went back to looking. He lived the litting things she did like try and help the swimming. They made him love her even more.
As they scaned he pointed out a sponge to her. Though it was a smaller one not really good for a bed for the both of them, "That is what we are looking for. only bigger" He kept swimming slowly begning to wonder if he was going to need to get another evoloved beta's help to bring it to their home if they went any farther as something caught his eye. "There!" the excitement grew in his voice. He had seen one, "now just to see if it is living." He swam over to it. He hoped it was not alive, but also felt bad for thinking that at the same time

A grin as he kissed her head. Really, Aki was so wonderful sometimes she felt her heart would burst. She studied the sponge he pointed out, nodding to herself as she became certain that she would recognize another one should she see one.
As Aki found another one that was larger, his excitement excited Topanga too. "Oh! But how can we tell?"
Again, all that she did not know loomed before her. Another fish might be quelled or feel inferrior, but Topanga saw it as a chance to learn something new. And she loved to learn something new. Especially with Aki.

Aki frowned, "I am not sure... I know they cannot talk so asking is not really going to work. I am thinking we try and move it and examin it better when we are out of this current?" He looked at her as they neared it.
