Naiya backed up about a step when she saw the fangs. She was still very nervous around anyone who wasn't human. But she steped in again, smiling warmly. "Are jou sure jour both ok? Dat was a pretty loud thud. I could hear it from de school doors..." She blinked again, the sun still shifting. She out her hand over her eyes, because it was getting brighter out. Stupid clouds! Stop changing, dat hurts my eyes... She was very curios, yet another flaw, even if she was shy. She couldn't help but ask that one obvious question. "So jou're a vampire? I've never met one bevore..."

For the first time, Victor noticed the girl standing nearby. She had been laughing hysterically a moment ago. "Yes, I'm fine. Alastair looks healthy enough as well." He bent over, picked up Alastair's dropped items, and held them out to him. "Yes, I'm a vampire." He looked at her and smiled. She seemed friendly enough. "I'm Victor Crane, if you didn't hear me introduce myself to Alastair."

Togiretogire took a deep breath and checked himself, he had everything he needed. His scent was all human and nothing else. His eyes where of course still burning red. Well he couldn't do anything about that now. Anyhow he walked up towards the gate and enter the University that Togiretogire would be spending quite a lot of time. Well there was some people around so Togiretogire decided to stay and watch what was going on around here.

Naiya smiled slightly, her eyes sparkling. Her ribbons blew in the wind again, and her kimono ruffled a bit. "Ya, I heard jou introducing jourself. Sorry, I like to evesdrop... Oh, right. I'm Naiya Takudushi. I'm just a human..." At this, She out her backpack down, opened the first zipper, and took out a metal spoon. She smiled, and looked at the spoon for a few seconds, until it bended into a ball-like shape. "I'm a human, with psychokinesis." Naiya giggled a bit, holding the spoon in her hand.

Despite the fact that she knew it was wrong, she was feeling positively effervescent at the revelation that he'd been through something just like her. Someone who knew how it felt to have someone standing over you, treating you like dirt while you writhed around in pain, someone who knew how it felt to not have anyone else in the world other than people who hated you more than you hated yourself. It was something she never thought she'd find in her life. At his comment about others like them, and then the addition of others with wings, she scanned the area around them. She shied away from the others who had wings even in her mind, too nervous to approach them. She could see, as easily as she could breathe, that their wings belonged there. They weren't stolen and changed and grafted on like some kind of frightening science project. They were made that way from the beginning, and she was frightened by her own jealousy when she looked at them. "Well, there's quite a difference between being forced to have wings and being born with them. Or... At least entering into existence with them." What she had was an abomination to nature, and she didn't think that her jealous adoration of what they had that belonged to their bodies would go over too well.

Fortunately, she was distracted from her envy by Anton speaking again. He was asking her how old she was. "Well... I've been alive for about a hundred years, I think. I was ten when they kidnapped me though - that's why I'm so small I guess, they wanted to make it easier to create the right proportions for the wings. But then it's been ten years since I escaped... So it's difficult to say..." She shrugged and folded her wings back to where they belonged... Well, where they were supposed to go right now. It was strange how much she liked the fact that they were both damaged... It made her feel guilty, and she knew she'd make herself pay for it later, but she was too busy inwardly squirming with joy. When she had calmed down enough to speak again, she grabbed his right hand in both of her tiny ones, and shook it vigorously. "I'm not sure if I said this before, but even if I did... It's so good to meet you." She beamed up at him, feeling an unbidden desire to dance around. He would be her friend, she decided. She didn't care how much pain it might cause her someday. He understood what it was like, and that was something that none of the humans she'd ever spoken to in her whole life could ever understand. Then she remembered her manners. "Oh! I'm sorry! How old are you?"

Alastair just kind of stared at Victor for a moment then turned to Nayia. "Nice to meet you Nayia. I'm Alastair. I'm kinda new here. Seems you are, too, Victor. What about you?" He asked, indicating Nayia. He watched her bend the metal spoon with ease. It was just like his telekinesis. Maybe the powers were on in the same, just with different names. Alastair took the spoon from Nayia. "I can do that!" He said happily and concentrated, the spoon bent back into place, as if nothing had happened. Alastair let out a breath, he panted slightly. "It just takes more out of me." Alastair giggled shyly and embarrased. He handed the spoon back to Naiya.

Sophia pointed towards the office and then her two friends indicating were Clover could find them. Then with a smile she returned back to Anton and Rae. "So, what did I miss? Hopefully nothing too important." She said with a small laugh. 'Huh, wonder what was wrong with that guy? Nice to meet you too!' She thought sarcastically in regards to Devante. "Another girl, named Clover, will be joining us by the way. She seems really nice. Hope you guys like her." Little did Sophia know her hair and nails were stuck at rather bright orange, one of her least favorite colors. She didn't know just how annoyed she really was by the brush off she got from the new guy.

Anton silently listened to her as she spoke. It seemed she wasn't bothered at all about his short heritage. Not in the slightest. In fact, she even seemed delighted that he had gone through hell and back. At first, he was a little confused, and perhaps angry, but the more Anton thought of it, the more he understood. Here she was, one hundred or so years old and apparently lonely for most of the time. Of course she would be delighted to know someone else who went through similar trials...One hundred?! She didn't look that old. Old man Amberon was five hundred, easy, and he looked like a dry, poisonous twig. He inwardly shrugged; for all he knew, the headmaster or mistress could be a thousand. He didn't know anything. Soft and warm. Her hands were small, but soft and warm. Anton's own hand gave back a small squeeze in kind reply. "Good to meet you too." She seemed to almost bounce with joy. Her smile was warm. Even more so than warm. But then his own previous question backfired on him. How embarrassing. His age. Five. Five measly years. Still, he couldn't hide it. Sophia already knew. "Well, this might be a shock." Anton simply held up his left hand, showing his fingers. "This many."

She was more than delighted when he returned her little impromptu handshake. She'd never even had the opportunity to shake someone's hand until now, and the fact that he wanted to return it made her ever so excited. He was so kind, and she loved that he seemed happy to be speaking to her. She had to say, it certainly was a shock to find out his age. Her hopes deflated a little to know that he hadn't spent as much time as she had in captivity. But she figured she could settle in that respect again, his experience was close enough to hers... She brushed aside her slight disappointment. "That's surprising! You certainly don't look five." In fact, he looked older than she did. Strange, but something she could live with. Appearances were very deceiving.

When Sophia returned, she was full of pent-up curiosity, and more than ready to learn about what a half-demon was. If there were many more people like herself and Anton, she might just faint, she would be so deliriously happy. Flexing her wings slightly, she turned to the woman who'd just rejoined them. "Anton and I are alike! I mean... Well, we're similar! Isn't that wonderful? And, and, what is a half-demon? I wonder what Clover is?" She tried to contain herself, but was having trouble after the revelation about the existence of things like herself. She took a few deep breaths, trying to calm down. She had to relax, she was pretty sure that the normal people wouldn't want to deal with a monstrous bird-girl, never mind an excitable monstrous bird-girl. And she wanted to make a good impression on these people, just in case there were any more of them that she wanted to be friends with. "Oh... You're orange-y. Why's that?"

Victor nodded when Alastair mentioned him being new to the school, hoping that he would in fact be considered fairly normal here. These two were human. Hopefully that was just coincidence. This thought evaporated, however, when Naiya bent the spoon into a ball with her mind and Alastair bent it back. "Wow. I can't do anything like that. It's pretty incredible," he said, his dark red eyes wide.

He blinked, eliminating his shocked trance at the strange thing he had just seen. "So, do you think we should be heading to the dorm rooms or something?" They had been standing there for a while now, and they should probably be moving on.

User ImageDevante looked up with a bit of surprise noticing the woman's disgruntled glance. He chuckled to himself only now noticing that he had forgotten his manners. He spoke cooly with eyes closed and hand behind his head shuffling his hair, "You'll have to forgive me miss, a pleasure to meet you, the name is Devante Freed. I seem to have made a habit of forgetting my manners... I believe you were going to show us around this delightful insitution?" the small toothpick bobbed about as he gave his apology.

Devante leaned back against the wall with one foot proped flatly against its surface. A pair of milky white eyes looked up at her asking to be forgiven of his rudeness from beneath a veil of shimmering black hair.

Kyle returned to Tenshi fully rested, having spend the evening in his room at the local inn. He softly landed from a relaxed flight, a black feather falling from his left wing to make place for a new one as his halo dimly shone in the morning light. Kyle looked around with curiosity at the new students before a certain guy caught his eye. Letting his wings disappear, he walked up to the young human male with a smile. "Good morning! I'm Kyle."

Sophia's highlights instantly brightened to a hot pink and a smile of triumph almost came across her lips but she quickly caught herself. "Lovely to meet you Devante, this is Anton and Rae." She said motioning to her friends. "Oh and, you are forgiven." She said with a sweet smile before turning back to Rae. "Well, do you know what a demon is at all? 'Cause, I'm half of that. My father was a demon and my mother was a white witch. So I got a mix of the whole 'good' and 'evil' thing in me. Demons are supposed to be super evil and stuff, which I don’t think they are, so that's how I got my whole poison thing. Does that help explain anything?" She asked, Sophie had never been too good at explaining things. She glanced back at Devante. 'Cute and fairly well mannered? I love this place.' She thought, suppressing a grin.

User ImageDevante paused in thought and glanced up at the sky in thought as his long raven hair fell over both of his eyes. He continued to look for another moment before beginning to speak, "People seem to think of me as a kind of demon, all my main attributes match perfectly with a High Demon but I don't care about stuff like that. Only thing that doesn't add up with that assumption is that I wasn't born like your average demon, I just kinda appeared out of nowhere and no one I've ever spoken too can explain my experiences."

"I don't buy into that superficial crap about Demons being evil, its a matter of choice, same as anyone else. As best as I know Demons are beings of magic not of evil however some humans may or may not view magic..." again he entered a sudden silence. "Im sorry you'll have to forgive me again, I tend to ramble on about myself from time to time..."

Deckland looked around, feeling a bit out in the open. He saw a couple of people staring at him. Probably just never seen someone like him before. Infact, he hadn't seen elves before, or cat people, or human-cat people. 'What were they called? Oh, right, Nekos.' Deckland smiled at himself. Again, Deckland looked around. He saw a group of kids who seemed to be congigating, getting to know one another. He over heard one of the girls say something about joining groups and tours. Deckland's ears perked up a bit and he decided to head in that direction. "Hey! This a tour group? I'm new and I'd like to make new friends, if possible..." Deckland pulled back a bit, trying not to seem over baring like he thought he was. But, he changed his mind and decided to stand out confidently, and puffed out his wings a bit. His left one nearly hit a girl, but she dodged it. "Ooh, sorry...heh..." Deckland smiled nervously and then looked at his feet, trying to evade stares and looks. 'Wow, I'm an idiot...'
