Her dreams were endless as dreams of Jareth turned from good to hell. Dreams of Ra entering and ceasing the storm of violence. What an odd picture of him... thought the subconcious. She stirred once, confusion about her last dream.

Ra wondered what she was dreaming about, but he certainly wasn't going to wake her up to find out. When she stirred, he was careful of his hold of her to ensure he didn't accidently hurt her or that she didn't roll to the floor or anything. In silence, he simply stayed in place steadly waiting.

She did stir, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. She sat up, stretching her wings and yawning softly, before she blinked and looked to Ra. A small faint blush appeared across her cheeks.

Ra pulled his attention back to her when she stired and woke up. The blush puzzled him but he placed it to the side asking, "Rest well?" He waited her responce with his normal silent patients.

She nodded, becoming silent herself as she adjusted her bangs. "Dreams are confusing though."

He nodded in agreement, they could be very confusing. "Talking could help." If he had any idea what might have been in those dreams had something to do with her blush, he probably wouldn't have asked. Even when he asked, he didn't press the action.

She curled up, resting her chin on her knees and glanced at the window. "They all started off with Jareth....yet ended with you."

Ra blinked, watching her looking out the window. "Me?" he questioned unsure of what connection he would have with Jareth. He wondered if the connection meant something in itself. He reached out, wanting to comfort her but unsure if that would at to the problem.

"Yea...you.." She was just puzzled as she sat there for a moment, blinking. She turned her gaze from the window to him reaching out. She crawled back and curled up into his arms, liking it there. She felt safe and guarded...

Whatever she dreamed of that had him in it, at least it didn't seem to scare her away from him. Embracing her as soon as she was back into his arms. He felt guilty, that he enjoyed holding her, trying to protect her. He didn't know what to say to her, so he kept his silence.

She was snuggled in close as she looked up to him and kissed him very softly, and chastely on the lips. "Thank you..."

Ra was completely shocked, he had never been kissed before and he certainly never expected it. Only the fact that the kiss was chaste kept him from braking away from her. As much as he didn't want to admit it at the moment, he had grown attached to her. The problem was she didn't need a rebound relationship and anything more then chaste kiss would have sent the red flags up that it was what he had become.
This didn't stop him from blushing, however, and he had to swollow a few times before he found his voice and softly told her, "I am glad you let me to help you."

"I needed the help. Why deny it when it is offered?" She smiled faintly, also blushing.

Smiling to her, it was small but warm, "I don't know, but some do." He didn't know why some people refused help and why others refused to give it. All he knew was that neither of them were like that and she didn't see a reason to be any different
