Mimi smiled and nodded "heh Thanks Lime, I gusse that is true, I have seen wway to many people whereing all black around here" she giggled thinking about it

* he looks at her* " beacuse he is mean it is like we are oppsites but if you would like to meet him I know where he lives."

Lime nodded vigorously.

"I agree! Everyone should dress in bright colors. Then we'd look like a rainbow, or a berry patch!"

She yawned suddenly, perhapse the time of the night finally getting the best of her. Lime Chiffon was always an early to bed early to rise kind of girl.

"Well..."

Mor leaned back and thought a moment.

"My mother is tough, but she's a damn good woman. She'd do anything for her family, I know it. It's funny, she's sorta the tough one whereas my dad is always nicer. He's not like most baddies you'd meet, but it's nice. One hell of a cook, too. We've got a big family...aunts and cousins and stuff, you know. Oh, and I've got a brother too...twins."

"Psh...well yeah I'd like to meet him, Jai. We've gotta know our family afterall."

Jai's side of the family was really all the family Fallyn had anymore. Somewhere in the time since she'd met her mate, her parents had passed on due to a strange cause...probably because of their poor lifestyle, they never would take any help.

Duvessa strode through the night like a spectre on the breeze. Her white fur was probably perfect ghostly in the darkness of the woods, and her elegant black dress flowed around her like a wayward shadow. She closed her eyes and breathed in the cool air. Ah...winter was on its way. That was Duvessa's favorite time of year, when the world turned white.

She stopped when she heard the sound of footsteps on the fallen foliage of the forest. Some fae was wandering in the night. She made her way around the trees, spotting the wandered. Ah...how lovely...a little white faefox. Duvessa smiled and watched him quietly. She always did this before deciding to approach a mortal. Watching them was just...so very pleasant.

Duvessa was so still, so silent, she knew he'd never notice her...not until she was ready anyway. She placed a paw gently on the trunk of a whithered old tree. Then she heard a sound behind her. What was that...footsteps?

"Duvessa!!" it was a loud whisper, like someone calling out to her but trying to be quiet about it, "Duvessa, I know you're out here somewhere!"

Duvessa sighed and stood up. There would be no sneaking up on this young male mortal...not with the company she was about to have.

Elanore hurried down a small path to the vampire. She was dressed in a black dress as well, and looked remarkably like Duvessa. In fact, this was Duvessa little protoge...unfortunately. Duvessa had decided to take the little darling in as her pet and teach her about the asthetic world. The little dear was beautiful, but she'd yet to master the art of silence.

"What are you doing out here, Duvessa? I've been trying to catch up for ages!"

Duvessa waved her paw at the girl to shush her and looked over at the fox, who undoubtedly had noticed her by now with all the noise.

"Hello there, out for a nightime walk are you?"

She was speaking directly to the fox now, and she walked toward him, Elanore close in tow.

"Ah..."

Duvessa sat on the log and took the flower graciously.

"Thank you, it's lovely."

She slipped the flower into her hair. She knew it was cliche, but certain flirtations never went out of style. She grinned at Elanore as she came and sat at the end of the log beside Duvessa, as if to say, that is the proper way to act. She'd been trying to teach the little dear that a certain level of humily and could go a long way.

"And what, may I ask, is your name?"

Duvessa smiled and held her paw out to him.

"My name is Duvessa, and this is my little friend, Elanore."

Elanore beamed at being introduced and sat up a little taller, hoping to immitate the amount of class that she knew Duvessa possessed.

"Nice to meet you, Ralpha," was Elanore's reply.

"Oooohhh, thank you!" Elenore hugged the flower against herself at first, but then caught Duvessa's gaze and slipped it into her hair as well. The flower was rather large fo her little self, but it was cute.

Duvessa turned her attention back to the fox, "The most beautiful flowers bloom at night, don't they? And in the winter months too."

"Oh..no...I was only enjoying the night. I can feel winter coming on and so I'm drawn out here. It is my favorite time of year..."

She smiled, her pale pink lips curling ever so slightly as she looked at the trees around her. True, they were dying, but the winter made their deaths so very beautiful.
