Konpaku did not feel bad in scaring Amedaus. It just meant he was still as intimidating as ever. He looked at the once powerful leader and shook his head. "You need to loosen up, after I buy this puppet You and me need to go out for a drink. My treat of course Amedaus. Right now I got to remember where I stashed my puppet before I buy a new one. I hope it is still there." Konpaku said raising a young strong hand to his chin shifting his eyes as if he was looking for the memory.

"Rikki Amadeus..The founder of the Fifth Dawn?You should now this Hikaru!" Hiro laughed.Upon hearing Hikaru's words,Hiro said puzzled "Where else could we be go-" He was cut off as Hikaru mentioned going somewhere secluded."S-S-S-Somewhere?Why?I dont know.What are we going to do there?" Hiro obviously did not realize his nervous level jump to its highest,and nor did he realize his constant stuttering."I..I guess we could?" Hiro said nervously."Where do you suggest we go?"

Hikaru noticed clearly the sight of a man dragging bodies through the village. Didn't bother him any, but for Hiro to see that would be bad. After his nightmare, seeing such a sight wouldn't be good. He got between the sight of the blood and Hiro so he wouldn't be able to see. "Now, now, Hiro-kun~ That little tidbit of information is for me to know and you to slowly~ find out." Hikaru had nuzzled his face into Hiro's neck as they had continued walking. He'd think of somewhere to go as they went along. It would have to be somewhere that the Kage may be.
Find the Kage!
Think of things about the kage that would give clues about where she may be, the last convo you had with her, anything! Hurry before the others beat you to it!

Hikaru's nuzzling and moving around distracted him from his first goal;finding the kage."To the marsh we go then?" Hiro said with a nervous smile.He wished he could just know,and not have to "slowly find out".Hiro tried everything in his power to keep from being noticeably nervous,but it was not working.He tried to stick to his goal at hand,and thought of where the Kage might be."She could possibly be in the marsh,but who knows?"

Kusari moved on through the village heading towards the great tree so far undisturbed, either everyone around him were too afraid to speak to him at all or blind fools. Kusari continued to move finally making his way to to the great tree around which the village was focused. Many villagers by this point ahd seen him and retreated back into their homes to avoid this thing moving up ther road leaving a streak of blood in it's wake.

"That'll be the day.." Amadeus said with a weak, tired grin. "Negotiating is a pain in the a**..." Konpaku then mentioned his puppet which led Amadeus to a brainwave.
"Oh yeah, you are good with puppets!" Amadeus said, smile back in place now. "A puppet workshop recently opened. Lots of skilled people have joined Takigakure recently, which is always a good thing. You know, I heard that the owner of that shop was pretty hot." A sleazy grin was now on Amadeus' face as he recalled the picture of that girl he had seen... well, somewhere. He couldn't really remember where, since the most important thing was the contents of the picture.
"At any rate, I need to get to know all the new members of Takigakure," Amadeus said. "I'll probably be hanging around the village well into the afternoon, so you know where to look for me. What about we set a time to meet again?"
Zenjin had not reached this area and cleaned the stains here yet, and as a master kusarigama user Amadeus was able to easily recognise the trail of one killed by that weapon. Maybe he should just scrap the stupid sign since no one seemed to be following its instructions... His annoyance at seeing the blood stains was clearly on his face now. There was no disturbance, which probably meant that it was some ninja returning from a mission. Or that Nakamura had taken care of the situation. Regardless, he would have to ask her later.

"Kusa is not fit to go back to yet so I may stay in Taki for a long time trying to refresh my skills with my puppets. That drink will come I will find you, or my puppets will at least. Now I must find this beautiful woman you spoke of. I have not seen beauty for quite some time. Farewell old friend and good luck." Konpaku nodded to him as he began to walk away. "If I am not mistaken I left the puppets in the Summoning Shrine, in that damn whole. I hope the bugs didnt get to my babies." Konapku stopped and looked at Amadeus and began to laugh. To once think they were so powerful that the masters seemed like insects to them.

By the time Kuriyo had calmed down enough to take her claws out of Kayome's arm it had several very deep claw marks. "Kuriyo..." he whispered, breathing raggedly.
Having his pet panic like that had caused him to panic as well. He was a bit ashamed at having run, but he wasn't prepared for that kind of confrontation.
He drew Kuriyo to his chest and nursed his arm, sitting down on the side of the pool.

Quite a while had passed since Amadeus' talk with Konpaku and Amadeus' business had brought him around in circles and back to the village square. Amadeus was just about to leave and visit the puppet shop like he had intended to when suddenly the scent of blood, very close by, caught his nose. Turning around, his cape making a graceful arc in the air, he noticed the kid that he had... now that he recalled it... callously forgotten about earlier on in the day. Well, maybe this was a chance to redeem his failures. He made his way over to the male, until he was about a metre away.
"Hey," he said. "I just wanted to apologise for brushing you off earlier this morning." He noticed the cat, and the claw marks, and came to the obvious conclusion.
"Ouch," Amadeus commented, but not insincerely. "What happened there?"

Kayome looked up at the man and blinked. "I'm not sure. She's never really reacted that way to anything. She feels really badly for it now, though... not that she has to." He fondly stroked her underneath her jaw. "That man had a menacing chakra signature and it made her panic."
"Hey, do you think you could help me find something to clean up the blood? There's a lot of it, but I've stopped bleeding already..." Kayome smiled sweetly at the man.
"Hey, I know you." He stood up slowly. "From your hair, though last time I only saw the back of it." He grinned sheepishly. "I'm sorry I over-reacted. I don't often get a chance to speak to people. It made me bitter."
Kayome silently resolved to get to know this man.

"Say.." Amadeus said. "Did that man by chance have blood-red hair? And was he really tall, like somewhere up there?" Amadeus held a hand up to about two inches higher than his head. Don't tell me that was Konpaku walking around scaring the people... he thought, with a small mental sigh. Ninja would be ninja...
"Oh, and don't worry about it," he said in reply to Kayome's apology. "I mean, it's not like you made a scene or anything. And I was rather rude. Ah! And for the blood..." He rummaged in a pocket on the inside of his coat and produced a rather nice looking handkerchief. "Use this for the time being. Here," he said, offering it to Kayome.
"Oh, and nice to meet you," Amadeus said pleasantly. "I'm Rikki Amadeus."

Kayome smiled apologetically. "I'm sorry," he said. "I didn't actually see him... I just felt his chakra... It was Kuriyo who was affected and I wanted to get her out of there as quickly as possible."
Kayome gasped as he took the handkerchief. "Are you sure I should use this? It's awefully frilly to be using as a blood mop."
Finally Kayome smiled sweetly, "My name is Odoriko, Kayome. Pleased to make your acquainted." His eyes narrowed curiously. "Have I heard your name before?"

Konpaku appeared in the streets of Taki with two wrapped mummies on his back. Looking around he found a nice hotel to rest for a day or so. He need time to be alone. He had serious work to repair the puppets for battle after such a long slumber in their cave. He slapped down two yen and grabbed the key not asking any questions. The hotel was beautiful with a Koyi pond in the middle of the lobby, with a bridge spanning over it to reach across. Walking quickly to his room her lightly placed his puppets onto the green covered bed. Taking off his shirt, he quickly unwrapped them both. Pausing a second he glanced at them and smiled. "I missed you both. It is good to see you again." Remembering how helpful they had been as he rose through the ranks.

Karite bent down over Fury, The Hazel haired puppet had served him well with his bondage. It took many years to master the full extent of Fury's power but it was well worth it. Looking at the puppet the Harpoon wire had been rusted, and the door for the compartment had been warped. "I need my hammer for this. Let me look at Rage first ok?" Konpaku asked Fury smiling as if Fury could respond.
Looking over to the purple attacker puppet, she was something else. He knew well of her speed and how well she had helped him in his first test from his sensei. A handful of a puppet master he was. That is were he gained this puppet. One round winner take all. "Lets see her, it seems your scroll is ruined and your going to need your fist locked back in. Looks like Fury protected you better then he did himself." Turning the fist waiting for a click of the springs he smiled. She had served him well more then any of his own shinobi did. Not a surprise though. Women were more faithful to their first. Pulling a scroll out of his bag he slid it down the puppets throat. Closing the jaw and looking at her, he connected his chakra strings. Moving her around the room making her flip around. "Seems like your as good as gold."

Looking back towards Fury he smiled simply. "My first puppet, you have had more fights then upgrades then I have years under my belt." Konapku said laughing. He was extremely attached to his puppets and it showed in the way he reacted with them. "You are the main reason I rose so quickly through the ranks. No one had ever heard of a puppet in Kusa, but when they saw the power I could manifest with you, they knew it was no joke." Konpaku said scrapping away the rest on the wire holding the Harpoon. It seemed to only be surface damage and it would be fine for awhile. "Your arms seem to have done well, all six of them." Spinning his hammer in his hand he began lightly banging the door until it popped open. Then bending the corners he formed it back to the straight section it was before. looking inside, the chakra strings seemed to be fine. "I think your both fixed and ready for combat." Thinking to himself about the very upset shinobi before, he figured he would show up again to apologize.
