"Bye!" She calls after the kitsu, letting go of the branch with one hand to wave goodbye to the angelic. "Nice meeting you!" Knowing Nunzio was likely out of earshot, Rikku let her full attention revert to Naruto -where she liked it to be.
"I'll say!" Rikku agrees with a rather sharp shake of her head, sending her braids bouncing. "I thought Aear was big, but I think Nunzio is definitely bigger!" Releasing her hand hold on the branch, Rikku sat up quickly, twisting at the waist to face the ninja & grin widely at him. "Back down? We've hardly done any exploring!"

Naruto nods, "Yea, let's see whats around this place!" he says in excitement. Hopping over to Rikku's branch, he quickly scoops her up and then deftly hops down the tree, branch by branch, until he lands on the forest floor. Setting her down, he adjusts the armband and looks around, wondering where they could go to find something interesting.

Rikku had never before been carried like that while leaving a tree & she clung tightly to the ninja, carefully tucking herself in so she would not be in the way while at the same time totally entranced with the whole thing.
Back on her feet she gapes with her mouth in a small "o" at Naruto. "How did you do that?!? By the Fayths, that was amazing!!"
Now, on the ground, this time Rikku did hop & clap her hands together in excitement.

Naruto blinks over at Rikku. He certainly didn't see what he did as incredibly amazing, "I just sort of jumped from branch to branch is all, I have to have good balance to be a good ninja!" he says, scratching the back of his neck and blushing a little over her praise.

"I've got good balance but I can't do that!" Sliding down cables from an airship to stop Yunie from marrying that slime Seymore was one thing, hopping from branch to branch was another thing all together.

Naruto blushes brightly and scratchs the back of his head again, giving a sheepish chuckle. "Thanks Rikku! B-but you're pretty amazing too, I mean, you can change into different outfits on the fly and they can do cool stuff!" he says, trying to get some praise her way.

Grinning at him Rikku pounced forward, grabbing his hand. "Thanks, but anyone can do that with a spheregrid & dresspheres. She put her free hand to her head even as she tugged on his to pull him deeper into the woods. "I totally forgot! I was supposed to make more spheregrids for you & Relm! Fayths, how could I have forgotten?"

Naruto allows her to drag him further along into the woods and he chuckles, "It's ok, I sorta forgot myself!! I am sure they will be alot of fun to use, but I don't want any that will put me in a skirt!" he says, sticking his tongue out.

Giggling at imagining Naruto in a skirt, Rikku turns to comment & instead deftly reaches her fingers to grab the ninja's tongue with a grin.

Naruto's blue eyes go wide with surprise and he lets go of Rikku's hand to flail his arms about, making noises for her to let him go or he will bite her, his tail twitching about.

Naruto draws his tongue back in, but pokes it to make sure nothing happened. Feigning irritation and anger, he folds his arms and 'hmph's and starts to walk away, nose in the air as his tail twitchs about in irritation.

Still laughing but now a little worried that perhaps she has upset her best friend Rikku dashes after him. Bouncing in front of him she pouts cutely, her hands clasped behind her back. "Did I hurt your tongue, Ruto? I can make it feel better..."
Rising a little onto her toes Rikku bent at the waist to lean towards him as if for a kiss.

Naruto pretends to ignore her when she bounces in front of him, but when she says she would kiss his tongue to make it feel better, his face lights up in a blush when she leans closer. Feeling embarrassed and not sure what to do, he leans away, but ends up falling backwards onto his back, letting out a cry.

Now Rikku's actually worried. She jumps beside her fallen friend & squats over him. "Naruto! Are you okay?"
Green eyes full of concern the Al Bhed looks him up and down to see if he is okay.
