"Ah, so not really that long then," he commented idly, his face also turned toward the fire to catch the warmth coming off it. "I guess I haven't really been out and around enough to really meet the new fa'e properly. Makes me feel out of touch, but it's hard when HQ is always filled with strange fa'e and even stranger people."

She smiled, "plenty of strange Fa'e. I don't mind strange. I just hate plain ignorance.." She recalled Solo and shuddered. What a true moron. She'd have to get him back somehow, but that would mean upsetting Luc, was that worth it? Lucien adored Solo, Keir hated Solo. Lucien torn apart by two of his best friends. Odd.
Maybe Keir could convince him into considering her friendship over his. Ahh. The posibilites!

He snorted lightly at that and nodded. "Lots of ignorance lately, I'll agree with that." Privately, he thought most of it was coming from his family, not really the fa'e population. Again, he wouldn't know since he hasn't gotten out to socialize in a long time.

"Aadil," he remarked blithely. Not like he could ever forget -that- name. "Aadil and Nyoka...Kia and Taka...Sati and Silver..Anen and Naia. I think Shina and Hoshi too, but no one has seen Shina in ages." He'd never really met Rei or Onuris otherwise he would have mentioned them.
"There's so many older fa'e I've never met, let alone the youngest ones."

Course! Alot of couples, her brain just wasen't doing its job at this particular moment in time. Although she judged from Yani's tone, something about Aadil maybe? She decided to press on it. "Whatchoo think of Aadil? Nyoka told me bout him once."

"I'm not a big fan of him, honestly. I liked him alright when I was little, but he did some really cruel things to be after my vision quest. Nyoka likes him though, so I guess that's all that matters."
Yani grimaced at the memories, but then shook his head as if throwing them off. He needed to live in the present, not the past.

Yani listened to the first crackle merrily and people around them chatter, but after a long while, people had started to leave and soon they were left alone by the dying fire. The fa'e hmmed thoughtfully.
"Seems like everyone else has wandered off...it's probably late," he commented, ears twisting slightly to try and pick up noises to see if it was just them around. "Think we oughta go?"

She nodded, it was calming down. She wondered the time, probably late. Keene'd be getting fed up on his own, she'd completly forgot about him. Hopefully Seeno would be caring for him. "Yup, best go now. Er.. Is the limo still around? Did Silver mention anything about it taking us home?"
She smiled, "or just walk. I don't mind. Your house isn't too far, right?"

"I think the limo was supposed to be waiting for us," he answered, though really the thought of just walking was a nice idea too. He appreciated Silver's generousity, but the limo just seemed -too- formal for him. "I guess we could go see if it's there and if it's not, we could walk. But...how would you get home?"
He briefly considered giving her ride home on Kachina, but that seemed kind of odd considered how formal things had been all night...but he grinned anyway at the thought.

"Yeah we could." She stood up. "But I'd rather walk. I'll slink in when everyones fast asleep. Plus. Its not that long I guess. Honestly, it doesn't matter." She grinned briefly, before turning to the crackling fire. It'd died down slightly, the frames seemed slightly grey, and the woods were pitch black.
"So hmm. Whutchoo say?"

Yani laughed and squeezed her hand a little.
"Alright...I didn't really want to ride in the limo again anyway," he commented. "I'm sure Silver's got some spy out there that'll know we aren't taking it and will tell the driver to go ahead and go home."
"And besides, I could always give you a ride home on my noble steed...since I'm a prince and all that," teased the fa'e, half expecting to be hit for that comment.

"Naw. Guess not. The limo was a bit over the top huh?" She chuckled to herself. "Silver blew out on everything just to make it work. And by damn he got what he wanted. - Oh and photos too." She added, laughing.
Giggling she scratched the back of her head with her free hand. "Noble steed! Prince Yani. Oh man what a day." She squeezed his hand back a little; then turned back, the moon seemed really bright tonight. Just like the night she changed, well.. The dream.

He grinned. "I think Silver gets what he wants ninety percent of the time," he mused. "I just hope these photos don't somehow get to my mother before I do some explaining....cause I know how she'll act." He rolled his eyes at that.
Yani felt her shift and turn, noting her lingering at the spot they were standing.
