Just a whole lot of things. I mean, there were midterms and I was just busy with family and there were some problems with my boyfriend and my best friend...
And just stuff. It's really piling on. BUT THAT'S OK. To every winter may there be a spring. 3nodding

Well, just thought I would mention the thread about mods...we need more. You guys are good (all three of you) but I think that if we start getting more people who are committed to the guild and active in and promote them and all, then other people will be more active too, right?
Am I right on this or have I just cracked? sweatdrop

Alright, just to make it said.
ANY, I repeat, ANY topics relating to the choices of this guild, be it forums, members, recruiting, whatever are to be posted in THIS thread. I don't mind the occasional comment in the bar there, but if you have a problem with the way things are running, you say it here or PM me. I will happily discuss it and I check this thread everytime I come in.
Other than that, you, the mods (and yes, I am including myself in this) are responsible for setting an example withing the guild. I'm not asking you to be perfect, but if I have mods who do nothing around the guild, it doesn't look good. It says that the guild is not serious.
For that reason, I will be demoting people from now on who don't post at least once a week. I'm setting the limit on myself as well. As of today I am watching the post counts.
Weeding out inactive members will do nothing if the mods themselves are inactive. I will not tolerate it any longer. At this point I am simply tired of people telling me that we need active members and I need to do something about it. I have been trying.
If you have not posted on the recruitment thread, go do so, please. Even if it's a short "Hi, I'm me" I don't care, it's a post and people interested will get to see the mods.
I'm sorry if I am seeming harsh to other people. I realize some of you are very active and I love you for it.
I will be sending out PMs to other members starting today.
