"Nonono!" Stallon shook his little head. "If'n Coff' go-d exploring, Coff'll come back." He grinned widely up at his father and at Milo until his brother plowed into him and the both of them tumbled to the ground. The chesnut cub grinned at Trevor. "Morneen, Trevor! Coff's gone exploring!" He bobbed his little head. Then his eyes lit up. "Wannagoplay?" He asked excitedly, leaping about on the spot. It was a wonder how he was so energetic so early in the morning. And also how fast he could go from one topic to another.
The sound of a roar broke the early-morning stillness (save for the birds). The roar, Shey knew that roar. She lifted her head from where she had been sleeping and rose to her paws, noting instantly that both Trevor and Stallon had already woken up. She made her way to where Scribble was standing with Milo, the two little splotches of color obviously the two new princes of the pride. She chuckled as she saw Stallon bouncing about on the floor. "Morning!" She called out with a grin.
"Mommymommymommy!" Stallon immediately came pelting over to her, leaping up and landing on her paw, although he was a tad too big for his, and his paws kept slipping over the sides. "There was a sound!" He poked her with his nose, staring up at her wide-eyed.
"Mm, yes, Mommy knows there was a sound. I heard." She nodded and nuzzled Stallon's head, turning him around and sending him back to Trevor. The little cub promptly went pelting back to his brother's side, and the shrill cry of "Trevortrevortrevor!" drifted up from the ground.
"Scribble, I think Brooke is here." Shey said with a smile. "I'm going to go greet her, okay?"

"G'morning Shey." Milo said with a bow. He smiled politly then yawned. He heard a roar. He still, he guessed. Had not met every one in the pride. Shruging he looked at the king the sat down. Wandering what he was going to do today.

Meanwhile, earlier that morning Riku had already awoken. Hey sat quietly looking out along the border of the pride. He let out one long sigh and with it, a name "wildberry.." His tail swayed back and forth lightly as he thought of the Pink lioness. He suddenly remembered that it was day now, "oh no...I should head back to the pride soon..!" she said aloud before glancing out at the horizon again. "nn..." he said hesitant to leave, as though he was waiting for a glimpse of pink to show up.

Trevor growled playfully and batted at his brother with a sheathed paw. He took the chance to clamp his jaw around Stallon's muzzle, that was surely one way to shut him up. Play time was quickly over, however, as their mother walked into the den to greet her family and start the day. Trevor let go of his squirming brother who immediately bounded over to her, jabbering about some noise her heard. "Well I didn't hear a noise." The cub said with a pout like expression on his face. He usually heard everything, and he sure didn't hear a roar.
Scribble's flakes twitched and his ears perked as different sounds filled within them. "Was that a roar?" He looked to Milo and his cubs quizzically, the roar sounded like Shey's to him for some reason, but he shrugged it off as cam padding into the den. "Good morning love." He smiled and made his way over to her, licking her cheek and nuzzling her gently before Stallon came bounding over. He looked to both his youngest sons and chuckled as she Shey responded with an answer. He turned to her with a nod. "Alright, but be careful out there. Please call for me if anything happens alright?" Scribble admitted he was a worry-wart, but it was only for the protection of his family and pride members, the ones he loved.

I am copying and pasting this message to all the threads I frequent and all the RPs I am currently partaking in. I am flying down to Australia tomorrow [Saturday, 23rd] for one week to participate in a competition with our school's orchestra. I won't have any internet access while I'm there. I will be back on the 30th of June.

That funny because I am leaving Monday to go to KC for a week for my own competition rofl I'll make an official announcement on Sunday and put stuff up on the front page seeing both the King and Queen are going to be missing XP

Announcement
Okay Kaoru's turn to go away! Kaoru will be leaving tomorrow, the 25th, to Kansas City, MI for her SkillsUSA National competition. She will be returning on Saturday, the 30th.
Because both the King and Queen along with their cubs are going to be absent, I feel that role playing should stop until we both get back (which is conveniently at the same time xD). This will save the both of us stress from backreading and trying to catch up XD!
So from here until the 30th, Darkest Warmth will be....shut down? XD T^T That's almost sad to say lol.
I love you all and I will miss you all very much. Good luck with everything that might be going on in your world!

Once again, Moon is jetting off to some random corner of the world! This time it's from the 6th until the 19th of July. Two weeks without the internet, oh my! Buuut not to worry, I won't forget any of you or any of the RPs that I'm currently in!

Well, I am back now, but I am still debating on when to open up the pride again. My work has decided to give me a ton of extra hours, so I will most likely re-open Darkest Warmth on Saturday.
Uponre-opening, there will be no time skips and hopefully nothing that needs involvement of the Queen, Princes, or Coffee until Moon returns. If you wish to bring in members to the pride, that is perfectly okay. Let's just take things slow and easy for two weeks shall we? >w<

((Okay! Everyone is back and the Pride can be resumed from where Scribble and Trevor left off.
Though Trevor and Stallon have become adults, I intend on continuing to role play them as cubs for a bit because I need to have a word with a few people about Trevor.

Milo let out yet another yawn. God he was tired this morning. He looked around for a second, his gaze settled on the playing cubs. He snapped out of it before looking at both the queen and king. He smiled the way it sounded there was more lions in this pride. He couldn't wait to meet them. He stretched before sitting back down. With his paw he moved up his mask slightly. His tail seemed to find its way to wrap around his back leg. "Is there anything you would like me to do sir?" Milo asked Scribble his voice was a little slurred because as he asked another yawn came out. "Ugh. Please excuse me I am normally a morning person." He grinned sheepishly before waiting for his response.

Scribble turned his head as Milo made his way over; he looked as if he had just been trampled by wilder beast. Scribble chuckled and shook his head as the red and black lion apologized. "No need to explain yourself, I have my mornings too, believe me." He smiled and pondered the following question carefully. Normally, he would set out a hunt for breakfast, but because they had a guest would it be best for everyone to stay in the den? Scribble swished his teal feathers for a few moments before coming out of focus with an answer. "If you don't mind, would you like to go hunt a small meal for when our guest gets here? I'm sure she will be hungry from traveling." The Teal King nodded his head confidently. "I know your place is as a warrior, but there hasn't been a threat yet and your a very good hunter." Scribble smiled softly. "If you wish to take a few moments to wake up before leaving, however, feel free to do so." He laughed a bit and gave Milo a pat on the back before looking to all his cubs. "I'm not sure where Riku went, but I should probably stay here and watch the Pride. If you need any help though, please call for me."

Milo smiled. "I will go now sir. The Hunt wakes me up." He flashed his toothy grin before starting to walk away from the den. He let out a yawn trying his best not to let it lead into a roar to alarm anyone. He started trotting off smelling the air as he did. Their was a few things that he was still wondering, Who would be at the borders this early, and who is the princess. He had heard of her but he had not seen her around. He snapped out of his thoughts when the smell of a antelope came to his nose. He stopped and started jogging to the smell.
There he was, he was scanning the heard. He was down wind of them, knowing they would not smell him, they were too into eating their morning grasses. He picked out what looked like a weaker elder of the group. It was limping on a leg, he was pretty big even though he was old. That was his best bet. He slightly pulled back and waited for the right moment...
"Now." He whispered and charged out of the bushes. At first he made it look like he was going after one of the younger females then changed his course to the male. The male froze for a moment before taking off. Milo was very fast, he was in very good shape. He easily kept up with the male and soon jumped into the air and heading for the males neck, he ripped it down to the ground and waited for it to stop moving.
"Ok. That was eaiser than I thought." He grinned at his work and picked up the antoples neck in his jaws and started jogging back to the den.

((So Jenny has fallen in love O: And now she needs to present her love to Daddy ._. Funny twist is...it's Milo! OOO:
In order not to mess up Moon with the arrival of Brooke, I'm going to make a time skip, but only skip a few hours. So basically after Milo hunted, brought back the food, and went out to meet Jenny (where we had the rp thread set up). Now they are coming back to the pride
biggrin ))
Jenny lead the way back to her father's pride, unaware of the arrival of guests. Her spirits seemed much higher and the day just seemed so bright now that she was in love, true love. Approaching her father wasn't really something that bothered her too much, seeing Milo was part of his family and trusted him with daily tasks. Jenny had a good aura about her as she stepped over the boundaries of her father's territory. After a quick glance behind her to make sure Milo was following, she drew in a deep breath and moved in closer.
