Bynne actually, it never says in the daemonhunter codex that a sisters of battle army that has grey knight allies, cant take DH heavy units icon_razz.gif it only says that for SM and IG icon_razz.gif And fluffwise, that would make sense, since both WH and DH are branches of the inqusition, and that the inquistors can (acroding to fluff) take command of both icon_razz.gif theres a dark gray box on p.25 of the witch hunters codex that says WH can be allied with SM, IG, or daemonhunters, and noting that heavy choices may not be taken. so im guessing the daemonhunters codex doesnt say that about WH because they werent released yet when DH came out. King Kento Inquisitor Gorbasch I have been told that if I take a Witch Hunter Inquisitor in my parent army (Witch Hunters Army) then I am not allowed to bring Daemonhunter allies as specified in Codex: Daemonhunters, as they are allies to the Sisters of Battle. Is that true? As Bynne was getting at, it doesnt say that. (at least not that I know of). The witch hunters are a branch, and the sisters are their militant end, the deamon hunters are a branch and the grey knights are their militant end.
Youre talking about a witch hunter inquisitor, thats not a sister of battle, and even then sisters cant be in an army that has allied space marines (as in normal marines, not grey knights).
So mix the two as you please.i agree with king kento. theres nothing in the codex WH says anything about not being able to have sisters or grey knights when u have an inquisitor.

With their presence in DoW Soulstorm, is it a possibility that Sisters of Battle might end up with plastics in the forseeable future?

Its probably a definite possibility. That and maybe more people will start to play them and realize exactly how potent their Acts of Faith can be.

Just remember that you need to pass your test first before you can use your Acts of Faith. Unless you got the items to pass them automatically.

That and they're limited back by Faith Points. However, some of their best units are the ones that make Faith...Celestians, Seraphim, the Cannoness...tough stuff to kill.

Hoorah for the Emperor's Tarot!
The Witch Hunters can get owned pretty quickly if you bog them down in CC. Sure they have power armor, but they're only T3.

Yeah, pretty much. Well, unless they take the act of faith that makes their save invulnerable and (I think there's an act that gives them power weapons or something.)

What ever happened to Striking Scorpions? Just because they don't have power weapons doesn't mean that they can kill as well! gonk
