Forgeworld. Yes, you'll never get a titan bigger than a warhound... But they do make the thunderhawk.

I am a tyranid player from early Ed 2. biggrin
Great race. I love the Genestealers though. They kick some but *come on 6!*
Seen the pure ones in Inquisitor? They can impregnate people and make mutant genestealers. xd

Alien anyone? They seem like the face-huggers.

Not a face hugger. A Genestealer. Want facehuggers? Necromunda Ripperjacks. Closest thing to them.

Any suggestion of how taking tha big bugs with a Dark Angels Army? The Ravenwing army should have no trouble with their plasma cannons, but the normal marines? Once I was in a fight where a Carnifex took 40 bolter shots and it just keept going, of course, not even 1 wound...

Have you seen the new Genestealer face mutations with the tentacles? Very Lovecraftian, almost feels like a Cthulu rip.

The latest German White Dwarf has a short preview on the new Tyranid codex with some Genestealer pictures, including the HQ Genestealer.

It looks like we get at least two head, carapace and arm variants with the new box.
As expected, they generally look like the Battle for Macragge ones, as far as I can see.

The article confirms some of the rumours we already know about, sustanied attack rules for lesser Tyranids, no instant kill for synapse creatures and Elite Carnifexes (in addition to Heavy Support ones, of course).

And no Genestealer Cult list.

enjoy and hope you all get your copy soon This is from WD 303 in germany. So it should be number 303 in the UK and I think 302 here in the states. I am probably wrong on the numbers though...

Oh c'mon! The old Carnifex rocked! It was a juice box with claws!

And oh yeah here's some news for you folks....

I got to read part of the new tyranids codex. (long story and I can't name any names)
Carnifexes can all take regenerate now like old one eye. They can all take the crab claws for 1d6 attacks, and some kind of a tail weapon that adds 2d6 attacks on the charge.
Bone Swords are back too, and I can't remember what they do exactly but they're VERY anti-psycher.
If I get to see it again I'll post more of what I read!

Keep in mind that this is CONFIRMED (of course you can choose wether or not to belive me, but this was the actual codex).

The old one was the best. I still love mine. *hugs carnifex* heart

Wow, all this talk makes me want to play Tyranids again. I had a small second ed. army, but this just blows them away. Whoo! Boneswords!
