Tac put his arm around her, not really doing it consciously, but doing it all the same. He glanced up into the darkness as he began, "Cora, I feel that it is better for one to simply snap sometimes. Not like complete total mental breakdown, but just let off some steam. I was reading through a newspaper editorial about some wierd psychology stuff, the Id, Ego, and Superego, that stuff. Wasn't reading it, but more of distracted by it, taking a break from staring at plans. They made an analogy that the whole thing was one big pressure cooker. The Id was the steam and stuff building up, wanting to get out and do whatever, the superego was the top holding the Id down, and the Ego was like a release valve, letting off some steam."

He dropped his gaze down to his feet that were stretched out before him, leaning his head against hers, "You understand that at all? I think I may have been babbling. The point is like, you need to like, let off some steam before you explode. I let off steam all the time. Not like anger, just steam from the example. Instead of doing what I have to do, I do whatever I feel like."

As he left his arm around her he began to slightly caress her arm/side, "People need to just relax sometimes, let whatever is inside out before they pop and go all crazy and stuff. I'm better the pressure just built up on ya, started to pop. Just like, talk to someone sometimes, get all your feelings about it out in the open. Anytime you need to talk to me and I'm here, I'll listen."

Tac scooted past Cora as they entered the rooms area, he glanced around, looking one way, and then the other. He shuffled along till he came to Luke's room and popped the key into the lock, and opened the door, opening it wide and stepping out of the way for Cora to bring Luke in.

*It's true, the room hasn't changed much, aside from one missing box of Lucky Charms and a slightly clearer floor. It's a typical college dorm room come to life, complete with posters of football teams and half-naked girls. There is a computer in one corner, and a vanity in the other with only aftershave, toothpaste, and a toothbrush.*

*There is an unmade bed off to the side with lots of pillows and blankets atop it...*

Tac watches Cora set Luke down and half-maneuvers through the room, stopping mid way, "Do...do you think we should stay here and see if he'll be ok, or like leave him be and let him rest?" He wanted to spend some time alone with Cora, what little they would have in the Brink was prescious atfer all, but there were other concerns. He was torn inside between his naturally helpful side and that strong part of him that wanted to be alone with Cora.

With one last look back to Luke he extended his hand to Cora, "Might as well just leave him to rest, anyone who gets the s**t beat out of them like that deserves rest. Come on, lets go back to my room, I lef the door open. That way if he suddenly wakes up or we," he paused for a moment, clearing his throat, "get an unexpected visitor, we can look after Luke...or something."

As they exited the room Tac quietly shut the door, passing through the hallways to his own open door. He glanced around and realized he had no chairs, never had a need for any really. He scratched his head, "I really need to get some chairs...you want to sit on the floor or the bed. Must say though, the bed is kinda wierd, and uh, nevermind." He didn't think it appropriate to have her on a bed that he called his own, and, as is evident by the nubs of horns, the Taint would never fully be removed. Yet, such is humanity.

Tac pulled the blanket off the bed and spread it on the floor up against the wall, leaning up against it and sliding down slowly, like before producing another soft thump. He patted the blanket next to him for Cora to sit down, "Down in spirits, guess it'd just fit to sit on the floor. I should like take a chair or two from the main room one of these days...kinda wierd to be without a chair, like, all Japanese Culture and stuff."
