She giggles, "Jeez, I was expecting a question about the vale, not to get asked out on a date... but sure, I wouldn't mind that at all."
Poe dives down about as silently as he can, coming to a landing on the bench back next to Flower.

HE smiles at her warmly. "I'm glad." he puts his arm around her shoulder again, rubbing her arm softly. "So what is the vale like? do you enjoy living up in trees?" he asks, a silly grin on his face.

"I don't know how you people feel safe living on the ground like you do. Whenever I'm staying at an inn, I always ask for a room on the top floor, and even that's more like staying in Wind's ekele than like being at home. And of course, the vale is great because you never have to worry about it being too cold or too hot out for whatever outfit you want to wear... as long as you're staying in the vale.
"It's so much more beautiful too. I mean, I've seen some impressive stone work in cities and such, but the vale is living architechture, and it feels so much more peaceful, just because it's organic. The other weird thing for me, in cities, is that it's basically just people and horses. Maybe some pigeons, rats, a stray dog or cat occasionally, but that's it. Vales are full of different creatures. If you don't mind me getting a little literary for a moment here, it's like a hopeful world vision, so many people who are all so different living together harmoniously, and with nature too."

"I'd love to see it..." Cy said, truthfully and a little wonderingly. He'd always been curious about the Vale. He loved seeing things that were living and made into things and he heard wonderful stories about the little water alcoves and the hot springs that every Vale seemed to have. "I'd love to see your house too. I'm sure it's beutiful, just like you."

"Hope you're not afraid of heights then. Wind was in the vale a long time before he got used to the high ekele enough to come visit mine. The vale really is beautiful though... maybe even more beautiful than me, and you know it must be pretty damn amazing if I'm saying that... But even having lived in it my whole life, it still amazes me."

"You all ready saw me in the dress, it won't be that much different. Oooh, maybe I should do something else with my hair..." She looks up at the sky, pondering that for a moment, before quickly looking back down and grabbing the bag from the costume shop, "Jeez, I'm supposed to be doing stuff for that indian costume, not acting like a homesick brat."
She takes out some feathers and beads, and the crappy feathered headdress from the costume store, and begins embellishing it... in a way that seems far more Tayledras than Native American, but is rather impressive all the same.

She stops working on the headdress a moment to think about her answer, "I mean, I do like you, and I'm interested in getting to know you but, and I guess maybe I'm a little strange in this respect, since a lot of people are very casual about it, but I think a kiss is a big thing. A kiss, all by itself, can be a very intimate thing, you know. I don't think I'd really want you to kiss me yet... but I don't mind you holding me like this."
She goes back to work on the costume piece.

"You'll excuse me if most of my opinion of him really comes from Wind but... I like your brother, if nothing else because he's obviously very good for Wind. I haven't seen Wind this... this not-depressed, this content, for this long a time... pretty much ever.
"Usually he'd be like you've seen him for, for maybe a half hour, and then something would get him all depressed, and he'd be in a real funk for a while... But even when Wind's just sitting back being calm, watching Rayne act like a lunatic... he just seems so content. I can hardly believe what I'm seeing and hearing, when they're together."
