The only time I was ever scared of ANY monsters in RE is when I ran out of ammo.

Ha, I do that all the time, I run past them and then can't pick it up later when I need it, so I sit there telling the character to run faster.
Like try beating two Gigante creatures with a survival knife and 3 flash grenades.

Ok, mine is between Dr. Salvador (the chainsaw wielding maniac) and, I don't it was forgotten, IT (the Plaga-infected 'thing' set on you by the main head honcho bloke, who's name temporarily escapes me)!
Although, the first time you see a Bandersnatch (or at least it's hand crushing a human head against reinforced glass) has mentally scarred me!

Nemisis was kinda scary, but he was also helpful in The Mercenaries. I ran past him and all the zombies in the narrow alley where you find the hose in the main game, and he shot a zombie and got me time. It was pretty cool.
