Mei squeeked, his blush only increasing, "what? Dancing??? Nooooo, oh no, not me" he chuckled nervously. Dancing was reserved for when no one was watching and music was blaring, yes-yes. Turning his head he watched a man who... was more or less hammered, announce something rather incoherent. Though as the butler announced what he could only assume the previous man had tried to say he couldn't help but grin. "Yeah! Go Malachite!" he grinned from ear to ear, the boy definatly deserved that award.

hobo applauded with a slight laugh "yeah i will, even if it is just for the drunk humor that i didn't notice before" he laughed even harder after saying that "my gaurdian dissappears to come here a lot, maybe i'll join him sometime."

Malachite and Adrian gave Catzi twin startled looks.
"Catzi, what the fuuuhh~?" Malachite exclaimed, turning pink.
Adrian just hid his smirk behind the teen's shoulder.
They were once again distracted by the presense of someone trying to announce another winner. Adrian smirked as GD attempted to read the note on the bottle, but was greatful when the butler finally got up to translate.
"Eh?!" Mal squeeked in surprise, glancing back at his guardian. "I won?"
"You won, bishounen," Adrian said, ruffling the boy's hair.
They both heard the cheer from the far side of the room, and caught sight of a familiar friend. Malachite waved at Mei, though he wasn't sure if he could see him.

Adrian stole a sip of Mal's drink while the teen was preoccupied, and did his best not to laugh.

"Awe, wouldn't even dance with me?" Mako pouted, enjoying the reactions he was getting out of Mei. "I wouldn't step on your feet too much, I hope..." Then Malachite was awarded, and Mako couldn't help but cheer along. "Hoorah! Knew that boy'd win something...hey, wait a minute..." Twisting his head, he looked back towards the doorway... "damn that boy."

Mei had spotted the wave from Malachite and waved back, such a nice evening this was turning out to be. Aaaah, and back to the dancing. "Ah, well, I'm just not a dancer" Mei said quickly, hoping Mako would buy that. "That boy? Do you mean Lucavi?" he asked, looking over at the doorway as well.

"fantom spyder" hobo said "and he's not really a gaurdian so to say, but it's better then calling him my parent, he takes care of me and helps me out when i gots problems and tough spots" he nodded and wondered why spyder wasn't at the event.
