I'm sorry but that VMA was terrible. Too many techinical problems. Britney Spears saying "anniversity" Demi Moore forgetting a mic, and Paris Hilton looking into the wrong camera.

I think they were lip synching. At least I know Christina Aguilera did. And I feel bad for Katy Perry.

Lots of summer classes. Taking 20 hours this summer. Any free time is consumed by watching Buffy, Chuck or Dollhouse.
Can anyone believe this thread is going through another summer?

I watched Moonwalker yesterday and turned it off at the part where he turns into a spaceship and flies away, and as far as I'm concerned that's what actually happened.

It was sad, but not really. Watching Paris Jackson upset me; Stevie Wonder's performance made me sad as well. Usher crying like he met the guy more than once made me roll my eyes and John Mayer made me want to stab someone in the face -- what was a homophobic racist piece of crap like John Mayer even doing there? He wrote a blog post a few days after MJ died in which he basically said he was glad he died because it "restored him to pristine status" and now we could all "concentrate on the music" without having rumours of his troubled personal life inconvenience us. Trailer for Moonwalker. I love that the tagline for that movie is "A Movie Like No Other" -- you know why: because most movies try to have a plot. That trailer contained more exposition about the movie's story than the movie itself did. But I love it. This video contains the bit where he turns into a robot and then a spaceship (starting at about 7:25).
