I have seen a decent amount of plays that have been turned into movies. As I mentioned before, I love Little Shop of Horrors, but I am pretty sure that the movie came out before the play. It is actually based off of a movie from the 60s that was filmed to completion in two days.

vanna_lb i've never been to a live theater show, but "Hamilton" has always interested me. I've heard it's a big deal with cool music and a great story. I'd love to see it someday and see what all the fuss is about. Word Count:41 I highly recommend checking out Broadway at some point if you've ever been even remotely interested. In Times Square, under the bleachers, there is a booth called TKTS, there you can buy last minute tickets to a ton of different shows at a pretty dramtic discount. WORD COUNT: 46

When I was younger I use to watch "Mary Poppins" on Broadway. I don't remember much, only that I went quiet a few times. I can't remember the last play I read since I usually do not read. I do not have experience with opera or watched a show on a play. WORD COUNT: 52

I have never been to a live theater her in the USA before but have seen advertisements of Broadway Musicals and desire one day to go and watch them. I'm also not a movie or theater fan, nor do I watch much T.V. but as I said, I intend to experience it soon.

I have watched a Film/Tv adaptation of a play before. Its totally different. I can watch the movie but to watch it in a play does not grab my attention. Its not the same. I choose a good film over any play. word count 42

1. I recall attending a drama performance in Eighth grade as a field trip but I cannot recall the title of the play. 2. The last play I've read was A Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry. I enjoyed it a lot, I thought it was very interesting. It was one of very few plays that I actually understood and could somewhat relate to. 3. I have never seen a musical drama, unless highschool musical counts. I am not too fond of musicals. The constant breaking out into singing during every scene kind of aggravates me. I feel like musicals are dragged on longer than they should be because of the constant singing. 4. I have no experience with opera but I was actually a ballerina when I was younger. It was tough sometimes, but I enjoyed ballet overall. 5. I have watched a few TV adaptations of plays including Sherlock Holmes and Twelve Angry Men. I prefer plays in TV formation because it is easier to follow in my opinion, and keep me interested. wink

I prefer ballet over opera. Ballet a story is coming to life in front of your eyes. Rather than opera where its singing your emotions. Ballet there's costumes involved and a set to help tell the story. WORD COUNT: 37
