Knarnia got a sudden urge to pluck out one, no, two of those beautiful dark blue feathers and to wear them on her head as she stroke them. Das probably wouldn't like it, so she shook the idea out of her head, laying her paw down. "And what kind of... things do you eat?"

He tilted his head to the side as Knarnia just... stood there. "I like bugs! Insects... Yum." He gave a smile as he hopped where he was at. "So crunchy and delicious!"
Faye made a face, shuddering. "Bugs? Eewww... Nasty!"

Knarnia couldn't help giggling, imagining herself only eating bugs. How could someone survive like that? Odd, no? "I know a spot with lotsa bugs for you to feast on, Das, just follow me." she told the azure bird, not waiting for him to say yes or no to begin walking away. Still, why would he say no? And it wasn't like she walked too fast, limping a little from her injured leg.
Not far from the den, though partially concealed within a small forest of acacia trees, an old, hollow stump stood in the middle. At first, it seemed devoided of life, and the wood itself was, but, with tackle that made the stump vibrate, insects of all colors and shapes popped out, disturbed from their life by the quake. "Here it is!"

"Oh really? That's great!" Das exclaimed, fluttering after Knarnia. The thought of food was making his beak water. It'd been quite awhile since he had last eaten a decent meal.
He noticed her limping and decided to say something. "What happened to you? Why are you limping?" the bird asked. But he grinned as Knarnia showed him the bugs. "WOW!! So many bugs! Thank you!"

Mei Smiled at the new lioness "my names Mei Xing! but you can call me mei!" she said bouncing around energenicly. She pawed lightly at the lionesses clothing "whats that!?" she asked curiousy
Jigsaw bowed his head politely "my names Jigsaw nice to meet you" he said. his tail flicking with intrest at the new lioness and her bird.

Faye was watching Das leave with Knarnia when Mei came over to her. "Oh well hello Mei! I'm Faye, it's lovely to meet you!" the lioness giggled. "And that's a dress. It was specially made for me. Along with my other ornaments." she explained, meaning her necklace, laurels and anklets.
As Jigsaw bowed his head, Faye gave him a smile and nod. "Ditto!" she said as she flipped some of her long tresses from her face.

"Meh, tough zebra gave my ankle a taste of it's hoove." Knarnia said, shrugging. One lioness trying to bring down a big zebra, even if it was an oldie, was a risky shot... "You're welcome, Das! Food is served! I'm going back to the den, I bet you wouldn't like me watching you eat." she continued, giggling, and turning back to the way she came from.

Das tilted his head. "Well why did you go off on your own? Aren't there other lionesses to help you?" he inquired, finding it odd a single lioness was to bring down a kill. "But I thank you for the food again, m'lady! I'll return to the pride once I satisfy my hunger. Be careful!" he said, hoping Knarnia would be alright with her injured ankle.

Mei's golden eyes fell upon the shiny jewlery and sparkled "wow...its so...so...shiny..!!!" she said (she likes sparklies XD)
Jigsaw laughed a little seeing mei's face "your a litttle wierdo you now that?" He said still laughing.
"not as weird as you Puzzle butt!" Mei snapped back giggling.

Faye laughed as Mei complimented on her jewelery and teased Jigsaw. "Thanks." she said simply, smiling as Mei giggled. "Oh so you've resorted to name-calling, hm?"

Mei looked at her paws shyly "He started it.." she said poniting to jigsaw with one dark blue paw.
Jigsaw snorted quietly as he stood up streaching. He yawned "whatever" he said simply and gave one last look at faye " it was a pleasure meeting you." he said nodding as he padded off lightly to the cave again.

The clothed lioness giggled as Mei blamed poor Jigsaw. She loved cubs, they were so much fun to be around!
When the puzzle lion spoke, Faye gave a nod. "It was nice to meet you as well, Jigsaw!"

Mei giggled "hey! you should come check out the cave! " she said hopping up again "you can meet Angela, and Brigett too!" she said taking off in a bouncy run towards the cave, her gold and blue tail feathers fluttered behind her.

Faye smiled at Mei as she hopped around. "Well I'll come out if you promise to introduce me!" she said, hurying to follow the excited cub, her long hair flowing out behind her as her necklace bounced on her neck. "Don't leave without me!"

(I'm going to be on hiatus for a while. Until I get 'my act together' as my mother puts it. @.@ No internet or computer until school starts, today is the only day I got back on because she forgot the modem downstaires.)
