Periwinkle would look around. They needed a place to sit, bit she looked at Sva's plate. It was loaded with so many dead animals. She would say a small prayer to nature for all the death that had happened. Would they sometimes kill animals in her tribe, yes, however, she herself didn't like the taste of meat. The furs made for good warmth in the winters.
She would start wandering towards the window seat. She wanted to see what kind of students were still around. However she wasn't paying much attention to other people in the cafeteria.
She would put her tray down with the salad and cake. How Sva was gona make it to the table, she didn't know. She gently placed her gun on the table. She didn't plan on shooting anyone, but it they touched her wings, she was going to be ready.
She would look down at her plate, and she would take off her gloves. Did she know how to use eating utensils? Yes, but she only saw shiny ones, not the typical wooden ones. She could eat with her hands.
She would pick up the berry in her hands, and then pop it into her mouth. Her wings would flutter, as her face would look surprised. It popped in her mouth! It was sweet, but it didn't taste like a fruit. She would chew it more in her mouth, looking perplexed. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't what she thought it would be. Then it turned into mush in her mouth, faster than she expected. She would swallow it and then shake her head. That was not what she was expecting. There were 2 more to go. She didn't know if she should try another one now that she knew it wasn't a normal berry, or to try the green leaves.
"Have you had one of these before?" she would ask Sva, holding up a cherry tomato. She was confused at what it was, and she wasn't sure if she liked it...

The arrow that buried itself into a table before shimmering into another student in a cloak nearly made the young huntsmen jump out of his skin and reach for Grendel though. That someone would attack another student like that made him uneasy. Though, seeing as it was not an attack but some form of transportation calmed him somewhat. chuckling slightly to himself to ease off his own tension he focused on the second group to arrive. Surprisingly, or not so much considering that he had several open seats nearby, Nikolas watched as they both began to tuck in. Perhaps carrying his equipment was not an oddity after all seeing as the Butterfly Faunus laid out a firearm as she and what could only be her teammate struck up a conversation. the lad had an easy demeanor but coiled readiness about him, that, if Nikolas was a betting individual, he would say that he hailed from Vącùo a generation or so ago. 'A fellow survivor then...' With that sobering thought, Nikolas stashed his scroll away and stood. figuring that if he was going to remain here while his team was on deployment, he would do his best to network with his fellow students. after all, as the saying went. 'Alone, we can do so little. Together, we can do so much.'Standing and marching to put his best foot forwards. (And because the group wasn't too big) Nikolas stepped forwards with a smile on his face. "So are you both new here as well? They gave me a map and I still needed grid coordinates to avoid getting lost." Fishing around in his pouches Nikolas eventually found what he was looking for and pulled out his emergency stash of candies. "Would you mind terribly if I joined you? I got candies."'Nailed it! ╔════════════RENA KIYOKO════════════╗Rena thought for a moments before settling on chips and whatever raw veggies they had. As soon as Val left, Rena sat with a huff. Her high was starting to die off. Looking around to make sure no one was watching, she reached into her top and pulled out one of her pens. It was short enough to be hidden completely in her hand. She placed her elbows on the table and rested her head on her right palm while lifting her closed hand to her mouth and took a hit. She let the vapor out a little at a time so it wouldn't be noticable and took another hit, repeating the process. She was just reaching back into her top to stash the pen when Val returned. "Thanks. So, how do you like the place so far? Oh, and a bit of forewarning. Dorms are coed. So, when you get a team, it'll have three other people, with at least one guy most likely and the four of you will share a bedroom and an attached bathroom. Kinda sucks. Last team I was on got disbanded, but, one of them kept making a big deal about my chest looking smaller while in my PJs than normal." ╚═════════════TEAM: XXXX═════════════╝PC: 22

Why did your team get disbanded and do you know when you will have another one? I basically just own bras to stuff them. Besides, I like looking feminine. You know, as opposed to a young boy." She started to nibble at her veggies as Valleria brought up teams. "I couldn't answer that first one. But, you should get a message when you've been assigned to one. And if they're a bunch of dumbasses, you can always request a transfer. As for mine, one of my teammates was a total musclehead idiot. He was trying to impress me because he apparently had no clue what a lesbian is, and it bit him in the a**. As in, a beowulf he left alive literally bit him in the a** and cut up his leg.. I'm not sure what hurt worse, the injuries or his freaking ego. But, he was taken to the hospital and shortly after, dropped out because of the experience. No permanent damage from what I hear though. The other girl on the team, her parents heard about it and pulled her, not wanting their precious princess to get hurt. Though, I don't blame them, she was a hell of a cutie. Would be a shame for her to get some disfiguring injury. The last just up and left. So...now I'm on my own, and for the time-being, have a massive bedroom and attached bathroom all to myself. The tease back though had caught Rena off guard and she cocked a brow, one of her ears flopping off to the side. "Oh? A date and then we can go to bed? I mean, we're eating right now right? So, I think I've already met that requirement." She rested her head on her palm, fixing Valleria with a mischievous grin. She was only teasing of course, but, that little jab back had piqued her interest and she wanted to see how far she could tease Val before the girl put a hard stop to it. "Might not be the fanciest or out in town, but, hey, means we didn't need to walk for thirty minutes to just get to town. Besides, I haven't got enough right now to afford a real place. ╔════════════RENA KIYOKO════════════╗Rena raised her brow further after the little outburst following her teasing. She had certainly not expected Valleria to actually consider going out with her. Technically, she had enough to pay for herself as long as the place wasn't super high-end. Thirty-five hundred Lien wasn't much, sure, but it was enough to cover a single meal if they picked a place that wasn't overly expensive and if she chose what she got based on price.Technically, two thousand of it was supposed to be going to Ren though, she needed to pay off the times she...'borrowed' from him, but, he'd...well...no, he wouldn't sympathize, but, he wouldn't be surprised at least. And she could always go do some odd jobs in the next couple of days, and he may not be back until she earned it back. Or might be tired enough to not really bother with her for a couple days. "Oh... When she brought up finding somewhere more private though, Rena's smirk returned. "I suppose, though, you might wanna be careful how you phrase things like that. Might give a girl the wrong impression. Though, I will say, you might wanna check up on whether you got a team or not. They're usually pretty fast assigning new students. It's the ones like me who had a failed team that usually have to wait." ╔════════════RENA KIYOKO════════════╗Rena clicked her tongue a bit at the response. She was totally clueless at the unintentional suggestiveness of her words. But, that soon washed over as Valleria looked at her scroll and spoke about a team. When asked, Rena had to rack her brain for an answer. She didn't really get to know people, but, that Dee name was one she heard before and she was trying to think of why. After a few moments though, it came to her. "I guess it's team Cadet? Like in military terms? Like a lot of names, team names are usually a color reference. I'm guessing a green in this case. The initials of the team members are put together to form a color and the team leader is first, so, this Reikka must be your captain.
I think I've heard of Dee before. Yeah...there was this quiet guy, really stuck out cause he has a metal jaw...He was recently added to a team. And, I'm guessing Reikka is the white-haired wallflower one? The other girl seemed way too anti-social to be a leader...so, I guess her name is Auburn. Real serious chick that one. From what I heard, she stepped in on day one to break up a fight and shattered a bench in the process...started bleeding even though she wasn't hit, so, I'm guessing she showed up here already pretty banged up. Tall horse girl, red hair, looks like she's about ready to tear someone's spine out for no reason. And she has this massive sword she carries around. Bigger than she is even. No one seems to know her, so, bit of a mystery. But, my guess is she's one hell of a brawler. The other two,...I haven't really heard much about how they fight. As for finding them...well...you'll have to report into the offices for that. Last I heard, they were hopping on a carrier. Guess they're on a mission right now. ╔════════════RENA KIYOKO════════════╗Rena finished a couple bites as Valleria asked ehr to escort her to the offices and she let out a sigh. She made sure no faculty was nearby and lowered her voice. "Look, I don't mean to be mean, but no. I understand your concern, but, I'm high, I'm not supposed to be while on campus, but I can't function at all without it. If I go there and we run into faculty, I'm taking a massive risk. Detention for like a week and a room raid at least, expulsion at worst if they notice. I'm not going to the offices. But, you really shouldn't get lost. The tower is kinda separate from the other buildings, way bigger than any other structure in the city, and administrative offices are on the ground floor so they are more accessible. One set of double doors and the first possible point to turn at is a t-junction with a massive map on the wall showing where the offices are. Faculty also live in the tower, so, if I go, it's pretty much a guarantee I'll run into one. If you want, I can wait just outside the cafeteria where you can see me coming out and I can show you back to the dorms, but, I'm not going to the tower.
