Jason looked like he was about to cry with relief with Jordan's arrival, the sun helping to push their foe back. He was so happy he used his charge attack and delt some pretty alright damage for once HP: 38 Damage: 15.2 (round down to 15) Attack: Y3 Swift strikes (Success!) Death Horseman Scout HP: 53

Relief! Happiness! Joy (as in the emotion joy as well as Joy-Joy)! These were all here when Jordan arrived. Damage was dealt and Joy sadly could not completely mitigate those done to the hunters.

"Sammy?" Jordan half-turned, startled, wondering if he'd heard wrong or if he was misinterpreting, and got an actual look at the prisoner. "What the hell are you doing here?"
He turned to swing again at the horseman, but vines tangled around Ferros's head, cutting the motion short. He cursed under his breath.

Slowly but surely they were wearing the Horseman down. No one was touching their prisoners.

Alas for Sammy the whole situation was s**t, she couldn’t do anything with the cuffs and she still wasn’t sure if her shield could phase her through cuffs, probably not, and she wasn’t ready to try that yet and risk the back lash or poor results. Instead she squirmed on the ground furiously as hunters became engaged with the horsemen. Even as Joy’s nose was smashed Sammy was dislocating one of her shoulders to help wiggle the cuffs under her rear, and down her legs. It took a little doing but she finally had the cuffs on her front side.
A moment later and she was jerking her left arm back into place before ramming it against a near by tree to pop it in proper with a grumble. “Okay okay…. Still locked in cuffs… but now I can move my hands…” She was scrambling about as she saw a very familiar and welcome form of Jordan leaping in to help the two moons. “Okay we might not be entirely screwed then…”
Finally Jordan noticed her and she gave a short wave in cuffs, "Long story mind getting these of maybe and we put them back on BEFORE Rep gets back? Or I uhh... Keep hiding over here with the real prisoner?" She jerked her thumb towards the horsemen beside her still covered in her cloak to blind her.

Jordan swung at the horseman again, timing his strike to pass over Joy's shovel as she defended him. He glanced over at Jason, and as he fell back a few steps to prepare for the next swing, he called to Joy, "Defend him for a while if he's going on the offensive! I can take a few hits in here."
To Sammy, he called, "I don't exactly have the keys - hang on, gotta deal with this little problem before anything else!"

The horseman's blades slipped in to slash at Jordan, and he twisted away to retaliate with a quick, hard smash to its side. Ferros rumbled with satisfaction as he drew off the creature's Fear, and his runes lit bright red with a charge.

Roland stumbled into the side of the fray wiping sweat form his face. He had been distracted as Joy was attacked by another death horsemen sporting a silver helm and twin axes. Though he wasn't to roughed up from the battle he happened to enter this new fight from the wrong direction. The horsemen caught him almost instantly and lashed out stumbling the Mist ********! I just dealt with one of these already!"Meanwhile Sammy just shrugged at Jordan's comment crouching in the dirt, her hands fumbling with her Protection artifact waiting to see how this fight would turn out knowing she was mostly a liability only good for watching over the other prisoner.OOC Roland HP: 47/50 DMG: 0 Charge: 0/3 Death Pony: 15

Jordan backed up, and the horseman followed him, darting in to slice at him. However, the shift had brought them out into a slightly clearer area, and Jordan planted his feet and brought Ferros around in a long, powerful arc. The hammer's head slammed hard into the Death horseman's body, and continued on through as the horseman dissipated.
