My heart just lurched. I wanted to be sick, but only fleetingly. I felt the tension of confrontation...it got nipped in the bud. I spoil on the inside to know...to fight. But it's not worth it, really is it?

Why is it true that when life goes nuts, it's like being in a slide of dominoes? If you stop it...it just keeps trying to knock something else over, and if you do stop it...you still gotta deal with the mess behind you...and around you.
Why is it true you are defined by what you do outside your "real life" in America? Why is it that status and happiness are supposed to reside in an occupation...in things that don't really matter?
Why is it that somehow, some of us get run over by the bus for just trying to help someone else?
Who am I kidding? Sometimes I just am so sick of my life.
